A little older building but we had a clean room with 3 beds, lots of room! We had a minor issue with the shower and it was fixed in minutes by staff. Only down side was no door chain lock.

Bedding was not good, I can feel the spring in the mattress and very uncomfortable sleeping with spring pressing against your back

I booked on behalf of my parents, who said: the room was modern, clean and comfortable. While you had to pay for breakfast, it was tasty. The only downside is finding the hotel - even our taxi driver had a tough time.

The hotel is more like a hotel/residential building, hence the room (accommodation) is big - a studio style apartment. Spacious! Got a double bed and a sofa bed. It is very handy to have a washing machine when you stay in summer time in Seoul. Air-conditioning is great. Got a hob and fridge too. Very suitable for a family to stay for a few days. Good location too. But if you plan to use laundry and hob, need a bit of washing liquid and a pan as there was none.

The room was vey clean and big for three of us with a sofa along with lots of storage spaces for clothes and even for shoes. Having breakfast on the 24th floor was also excellent.

Good facilities. Good position being a straightforward walk from Seoul Station and close to City Hall with accessibility across the city.

Suitable for an overnight stay in a business area

Excellent Hotel for a good price in downtown Seoul close to many attractions which are walkable from the Hotel including the mail Seoul Station. Best Buffet breakfast in a 3 week trip through Asia and it has a view from the 24th floor.

Stayed in 3 different rooms one 10 days as i traveled back and forth to seoul. It's a good hotel, that i often frequent... but the furniture is starting to show wear and tear. One, the shower handle was improperly installed so water pressure was very low, mold in corners of shower... it's just starting to feel old.

We opted for Ramada on two separate occasions for our impromptu trips to Korea, mainly due to limited options available at the last minute. Our experience with the hotel overall wasn't great; it appeared quite dated and urgently needed renovations. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with stains, mold, and cracks visible in the bathroom in the Deluxe double room we occupied. We reported a broken in room safe and it was promptly replaced. On our second visit, staying in a superior double room, we encountered dirty coffee mugs and a teaspoon, which was rather off-putting. The room's provision of only one bedside table struck us as odd, and the visibly dusty windows hindered our city view unless opened. Despite these issues, the reception staff were friendly, and the room size was bigger than most hotel rooms for its price range in Seoul. Our decision to stay at Ramada was primarily due to its proximity to Seoul Station, ideal for our four large suitcases. There are a couple of small convenience stores and a fried chicken spot nearby for late night snacks if desired. However, considering the price charged, the hotel fell short of expected standards. We'll explore other accommodations on our next visit to Seoul.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, room very spacious and clean, great location to myeongdong shopping centre and Seoul train station with also free car parking if you have a rental car.airport bus service directly in front of the hotel so convenient.

Great location. Room provided to us was spacious and quiet. Walkable from hotel to many local attractions. Great view of cityscape during breakfast. Staff are kind and very helpful! Thank you!

Overall a pleasant experience with many amenities: fridge, water kettle, washing machine, free water, iron and in-room safe. It would be even nicer if there is access to a microwave. The food court in the basement was a plus. It’s within walking distance to Seoul Station. Will definitely stay again.

Close to Seoul Train station.

It's a good place to stay for couple of nights but it is a run down property.

There is construction around the property at the moment, and it was very difficult to bring the suitcases from Seoul station to the facility. Also, the room was very hot as you cannot turn air conditioner on, nor can you open the window to ventilate. It was like a sauna all night
