Will return to this hotel when visiting Sacramento. Everything else is decent, except Wifi and phone reception. What to expect: the in room Wifi is extra. Room had little to no reception so no luck with using phone internet or Hotspot. In order to get important calls or text messages cell phone needs to be stuck to the window. Lobby Wifi was supposedly free but did not work. So no work and planning that needs internet could be done while inside hotel which was frustrating. Shower what to expect: the water pressure and volume is very very low. Probably some Sacramento regulation. My usual 5 minute shower went 5 times as long trying to get the soap off and cold the whole time as water only covers a small portion of body at a time as it trickles out. Not sure how much water is actually saved when I have to shower 5 times as long. Besides those small hassles, great stay.

Very nice, quiet room despite being in the downtown area. Staff were especially warm, friendly, and helpful. Cafe good for breakfast.

The room was comfortable and very clean! The bed was perfect! Almost like being home cause we slept in until 11:00am and we never do that! The experience was GREAT! Customer service was phenomenal as well!

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had no issues with sounds from the hospital being across the street. Good environment

The beds were super comfortable and I love to have the TV had Netflix there wasn't a pool which kind of sucked but the restaurant there was excellent and there was a Starbucks literally right around the corner not to mention the parking garage was very close and really not that expensive I booked through Experian and wasn't able to choose a late check out so I called the hotel directly to try and either do a late checkout or get a whole another room and I did end up having to pay an extra $90 to check out at 5:00 but it was like pulling teeth and once they figure it out that I was willing to pay for it all of a sudden they were super helpful

It is a new or recently remodeled hotel, only stayed one night but everything seemed good. No complaints

This was the perfect spot for a short trip. Great food and drinks and patio. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was clean and safe. There were things to do in the surrounding vicinity.

Wonderful overnight stay. Excellent restaurants surround. Staff super friendly and helpful. I’d take a star away if I rated the gym as the Peleton wasn’t working :( but I know not everyone is a gym rat like me. Thanks, I’ll be back!

Very beautiful building with a gorgeous bar in the lobby. Not the friendliest staff, treated me like a peasant compared to the guests before and after me. Upon checkout never asked how my stay was- just took the keys and kept working. The spot where a fridge would be was literally boarded up. Even much cheaper hotels give you a fridge… other than that internet was spotty, but the place was one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Great gym, very clean, great location for walking around and parking was super affordable at $18/night in the parking garage next door.

From the moment we walked in the door, JuVae treated us brilliantly. Our room was upgraded as part of the Hilton Honors program. The room was clean, spacious, and with great amenities. I would like to have had a small refrigerator in the room though. The fitness center was well-equipped. I can’t say enough about how warm, friendly, and professional all members of the staff were. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Sacramento.

Property itself is great and staff are wonderful! Did have to pay for parking at the garage next door but think that was only related to the network outages that impacted various hotels and airports throughout the country.

This hotel was great! Great atmosphere, rooms were spacious and clean. Great location in the heart of downtown right off Capital Way. Lots of options within walking distance. Staff was friendly and drinks in the bar were delicious.

Great, clean hotel. Good location. Parking garage next door for $18 a day. Wonderful bar and resturant. Cafe Bernardo had the best avacado toast with poached eggs!

Clean comfortable

I was here for only one night. It was clean and comfortable.

The microsoft outage made the keys inoperable and they did a good job walking people to rooms to let them in. However on the 2nd trip after dinner the person who walked me up complained the whole time. Also I only stayed one night, before check out I went to take a shower and the bath worked, but it wouldn't convert to a shower. I informed staff and they apologized, but did nothing.

Wonderful hotel - so clean & quiet. Was in town for surgery the following morning (very early!) and was able to get a good nite's sleep, so was well-rested and alert. Plus Cafe Bernardo is always a great food stop, for any meal!

A gem of a hotel. Beautifully appointed. Terrific restaurant, the Cafe Bernardo. Lovely neighborhood. Early checkin. I can’t recommend it enough!
