Clean and nice hotel. Love the Japanese themed breakfast spread but would prefer more variations on different days. Location was excellent with a bus stop and MRT station just outside the hotel. There are shops and eateries within walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel is very next to the subway station with two lines. We also went to public bath a few times and really enjoy the tidy environment. Cross the street there is Donj Japanese supermarket which is a bonus.

Excellent location excellent service. Room is spacious and very clean. We used the sky spa and lounge everyday. Welcoming and a very memorable stay. Will come again for our next Taipei trip

It is a nice place to stay in a very convenient location with the metro station right next to the hotel, yet it is not crowded and busy. The hotel is quite new and well maintained. The public bath area is nice except it can get busy during time after dinner.

Hotel is closed to subway And bus stop just a walk away and easy to find. Breakfast has lots of varieties. A lot of staff on site to help out. It also has onsen which is very good after a days walk. Quiet and even though it is in the Main Street.

We were allowed to check in earlier. Not much scenes from outside. Very quiet. Tab card is used to reach your floor. Breakfast has lots of varieties. Bus stop and subway station is less than 1 minute walk. Travelers can take blue or orange subway line to Zhongxiao station. Area is very safe and walk at night time is not an issue. There are lots of small restaurants around within 10 to 15 mins walk. Very convenient to everywhere. Hotel has an onset and food to relax after a days walk. Service is excellent. The hotel staff can speak English and very helpful.

Hotel is fantastic. Service wonderful. Area manager at night superb. Helped me when i was having asthma attack. Had to cut short my stay in hotel and they permitted me. Such kind hearted staff. Kudos to manager night duty the lady with a big heart. Everyone so attentive

Balcony wall is too high obstruct the city view. I cannot rate excellent in cleanliness because I noted mold is growing in the ceiling. Otherwise I would rate excellent in all categories. Service and staff are very good. I ate in the Italian restaurant and got sick but my brother was ok.

However, due to too many people in the public bath, indoor is too hot without fresh air flow.

Overall excellent -- one complaint is that I observed several men using the public bath without first washing themselves. Please post clear instructions so that guests know how properly to use the public bath.

Very clean and cozy hotel just beside an entry to metro station and bus stop right in front. Access to you bike nearby too. Onsen on the top floor is a luxury to have in the city of Taipei.

Located in the city center, the hotel is right next to a subway station having two subway lines. Friendly front desk and fragrant lobby. Breakfast has many healthy choices including seafood, veg, fruits, American (bacon, sausage, egg, bread etc) and decent coffee. Bath on 17th floor is well maintained, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and easy to navigate around. The surrounding area have multiple convinient stores and restaurants within 5 mins walking distant. The room is a bit small but it is understandable for Taipei. The staffs are friendly and helpful; however, it is a bit difficult to communicate with some staff if you do not know Mandarin. Not every staff members at the lobby can communicate effectively in English.

Very Near to MRT. Construction site next to hotel but no noise during stay. Didn’t notice the word accessible queen during booking. And this need to top up 800NT to change room as I did t like the handicapped toilet.
Hotel.com should indicate handicap instead. Remove unless picture of interior of room like picture of cup.
