The stay was great. The facility itself leaves much to be desired. It felt a lot like a college residence hall. Having said that, the accommodations were clean and comfortable and the service (particularly from Crystal at reception) was excellent. Just quite pricey for a dorm room.

Easy in and out. Stayed here with my teenager for a road trip. TV did not work and was a big disappointment.

Great stay! All the staff was friendly and attentive! The breakfast was great and we were impressed with the healthy options. We loved the 24 hour coffee/tea bar!

You can hear your neighbors. Other than that I would stay hear again. The parking is not enough when the hotel is full.

Who ever was above my room 219. Either staff or guest was so loud all night. All I could hear was door opening and closing and foot stomps both nights until 2-3am Not good sleep at all

Very comfortable and clean. Could use some caulking in bathroom. Ran out of breakfast sandwiches and no microwave or coffee in room (although coffee was amazing down stairs) Ice machine downstairs only.
Wouldn’t have even mentioned much of above if cost had not been so high this time.

The room and hotel were clean and it was new. The room had the feel of a nice college dorm room with vinyl flooring, no chair, no closet (just hooks on the wall). Bathroom was nice.

The property was “newish”. However the walls are paper thin. The person next to me sneezed in the middle of the night, I woke startle, thinking they were standing in my room.
Also, above me people were walking back-and-forth all night.
I wish they’d built the property with more insulation in the walls and ceiling.

Completely disappointed, despite a reservation made weeks ahead of time for two beds, we were given one bed. The room size is truly laughable especially with the $200/night price tag, this is not Paris or Chicago is AR.

We stay at Avid everytime we come into town, I love staying here, however the HUGE price increase basically doubled as I am told with new management, so now I will need to check for best rates in area, otherwise Avid has been my choice for years since it opened.

I’m a paraplegic in a wheelchair. They didn’t have my accessible roll in shower room upon arrival. We had to find another hotel last minute. The manager will not refund our 3 night reservation. We are calling the attorney general over this.

Stayed many times there. This time a strong storm tore through the town. The only place to hide from tornadoes is the staircase. It does not happen but I feel these hotels would need to have a plan. The receptionist needs to be trained how to handle the situation.

Our stay was good! The service at the front desk wasn’t as friendly as other hotels I have stayed at but that’s not a deal breaker. The room was much smaller than we anticipated but it was fine since we just needed to sleep. The room was very clean, and the grab and go breakfast was great so that we could get back on the road.

The best part about this hotel was the cleanliness. But it was by far the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We could hear all of the footsteps of the guests staying above us and walking down the hallway. The door slammed hard, etc. Overall it just extremely noisy.
The breakfast was disappointing. The fruit wasn’t ripe/fresh and the selection of items was mediocre.
I was disappointed that we spent $200+ a night for this stay (2 nights total). Definitely overpriced.
