The room was great! Everything seemed overall cleaned. The only issue I had is that if the couch could have been steamed cleaned and possibly the carpet too.

I always select this hotel because it’s usually great customer service and excellent rooms. The last two times I have stayed here in the last month have been very disappointing. The room trash had not been emptied in the kitchen area, the mirrors were very dirty.

Not a good experience with front desk/customer service. Hotel and rooms could use a good cleaning. Small outdoor pool and basketball court. The bedroom suite is set up nice - lots of space.

Please check your bedding!! Ours had crusty stuff on the duvet and dirty pillow cases. The bed had been made but the bedding had NOT been changed!! It was beyond disgusting!! The staff was not exceptional but not horrible either. They gave us new bedding right away.

This place has Silver Fish and they will not do anything about it nor will they compensate you for their bugs. This is a bug that will travel home with you unless you take great measures! Bathroom tub was dirty and there was hair in the floor still to the 9th day we left. Breakfast was always cold at 9:00 when it didn’t end until 9:30. Front desk was always sour puss face and not very helpful. Always making an excuse. I will NEVER stay there again!

Everything was wonderful during our stay with one exception. We stayed in room 306 and every so often we’d hear this strange knocking noise next to the bathroom and electric box. It occurred at all times and night with the last night being from 4:30 am until 6 am. We spoke to staff who said they were aware of the problem and there was a loose pipe in the wall. The only way to fix it would be to open the wall. It sounds as if no one wants to fix it. Other than the problem with the wall everyone was so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was very nice as well. Great set up.

The staff - desk, housekeeping, breakfast, etc - were very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was nice but I had to wipe down the refrigerator interior as there were skins from onions (maybe garlic) in the door shelves. The bathroom floor appeared to be clean but had a sticky film on it. The buffet breakfast the day I had it was mediocre. The turkey sausage was cold and the scrambled eggs were a bit runny. I was glad I had the kitchenette to make breakfast the other days. The choices for coffee were decaf, bold and bold. I prefer a medium blend (or light depending on the brand) so the bold was too strong - and bitter - for my taste. My mini travel Keurig came in handy. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a few days while I visited family and the price was a good value.

Nice hotel. The facility was short staffed and they did not answer the house phone. I had trouble getting clean towels. The water pressure leaves a lot to be desired.

The price is awful because they will charge you for the incidental cost and claim you are smoking even if you aren't. They serve breakfast but it’s very crowded and they don’t put out much so it runs out fast so get there fast. The room has no towels in it. The restroom smelled awful and the bed wasn’t made when I got inside.

One thing that I liked about the property was the managers willingness to take a day off our stay. We were in town for a softball game. The weather turned and games were cancelled. I was thankful for the consideration.
