Check in was very easy and pleasant thanks to the two valets and front desk person. The facilities are nice and up to date

Had an issue with the stay and the manager was unhelpful and very rude. Will never stay here again as a result when there are so many other options.

Emma and Ashlee were amzing during check out and beyone -- they were there to help me with anything i needed for me and for my dog !

Celebrating our Anniversary so we did a staycation. Great place to celebrate. Very clean, hotel staff very kind and professional. Love the bar, very convenient. Also, the restaurant very good. We love the feel of this hotel!

Pool is insanely beautiful, great place to stay to experience Blackstone.

Spacious room in historical building. Extremely noisy street and hall noise on 4th floor. Uncomfortable bedding - flat pillows and sheets that rolled up every night. Cold soggy sandwich in bar restaurant first night. No drinks in room - had to walk to front desk for small pricey water. Prices escalated on Saturday and Sunday. Charging 4 star prices for 3 star service.

I feel like I was taken advantage of with a last minute up-charge to each room. I had called the day prior to my check-in to confirm I had 6 guests and that was okay for our two rooms and no extra charges for the pools or anything else was needed. On the day of check in I was surprised by a $90 additional charge to each room for having 3 people in each room. I've made a support case more than 5 days ago and have yet to hear back.

This is a beautiful property and the staff is very friendly. The pool is wonderful, but always crowded. I feel like they must sell day passes to non hotel guests.

Staff very helpful and accommodating! We had kids with us and from check in, to pool, to restaurants all staff was welcoming and helpful.

Just love this hotel. Enjoyed the pool with grandkids. I did leave a dress behind and I'm hoping that housekeeping has it! (property contacted). The taxes that we were charged were higher than the original booking so I have also contacted the property about that.

Lovely vintage property . Lobby looking a little shabby . Great pool . Would recommend a longer coffee service , we arrived at 3 pm and no restaurants were open . No coffeemaker in room but brought one up on request .Comfy beds and great bathroom / shower

I booked a 4 night stay for the holiday and when there was a family medical emergency and we had to leave after two nights, they would not give any refund at all for the top nights of fri and sat.

A great stay for a girls night. We loved everything about the hotel. We spent the afternoon at the pool then enjoyed the complimentary drinks. The workout room is spacious and open, the rooms are clean, and the staff is great!

Very nice property but very expensive for what you get. The pool was packed with so many people and the people in the hot tub were grinding on each other and was so full and they never left it we couldn’t use it. People at the front desk weren’t eager to help us. Valet attendants were super nice.
