The water pressure was almost non existent, found dirty napkins rapped up in the towels. No room service although you had two restaurants within the hotel. Hotel lotion had hair in it.

What an awful stay. The property issues were many. Toilet broke 2 day in a row. TV stopped working. Noice from street was terrible. Room tight. Zero storage. Not designed right. If it could go wrong…it did. Staff not great. Stay someplace else. Definitely not worth staying at this place.

Clean, new hotel right in middle of bustling , walkable downtown.

Water was out during first night—a city problem no fault of hotel, but toilet continued to be a problem. Men came to work on it twice, but finally at bedtime we gave up and moved to another room. I was hoping to get a future comp night for all the hassle, but all we got was breakfast. A bit disappointing.

Great area around the hotel for working in the park and down by the river. It is well done and excellent for families

We had an excellent 2 night stay at the AC Marriott. The service was outstanding, and the hotel and location are superb.

As this a newish property I expected it to be clean and well-maintained and it was. The front desk personnel upon check-in were extremely pleasant and helpful. Great location for everything you’d want to do in Greenville.

Our room was great. Everything was very clean. We were going to a concert at the Peace Center. Since it was raining, it was wonderful to be able to just walk across the street!

Right when we walked through the doors we noticed how amazing the lobby smelled!! Clean, and refreshing!!

I don't understand why hotels design their bathrooms to not have doors that close. This is becoming more popular, but why? So this hotel is lovely, very friendly staff, nice rooms. There is a big bench that stretches the length of the room to lay luggage. This is not my preference as I usually like to keep things tidy and hide my luggage. But, the big complaint is the frosted glass "barn style" sliding door to the bathroom, and no fan. If you're on a romantic trip with a new love, good luck with that. For me and my family, we planned ahead with poopouri and turned on the hair dryer for a sense of privacy. But, the door literally doesn't even close all the way. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Was looking forward to going to Juniper, but there was a wedding reception being held there. It was closed to hotel guest.

Valet parking didn’t help with luggage,poor brunch but cheap at juniper restaurant

I had ordered a king bed on Expedia. When I checked in online, AC hotel said I had two queens. So I called the hotel. She said Expedia switched me. However, when I arrived at the front desk of AC hotel, the AC staff quickly spoke up about my complaint and said we had to switch you to two queens. She gave my husband (whose birthday it was) two drink tickets at the bar to compensate us. We don’t like that AC changed our Expedia reservation from king to two queens.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and walkable to everything downtown. The staff is so friendly and gracious and the room was immaculate. I will definitely be choosing this hotel any time I visit Greenville. Worth every penny.

Upon arrival we were met by the nice staff, We had to valet park our vehicle for 25 dollars a night for 2 nights. We were then given our room, when we stepped into the room we discover it was a handicapped assessable room. Knowing this, We were uncomfortable. being that I work in the field that services the disabled, if a person would have needed this room and we were occupying it. Therefore we asked for another room. We went out that night, on our return to the hotel the valet staff was not there to park my truck, I had to park it in the parking lot in front of the hotel. The next day about 3 pm I went go out and the truck was in the same spot I parked it. With all the restaurants close to the hotel there is nothing available past 11pm, and with this hotel being a so called high-end hotel they have no room service available. We were there for a Family members birthday party. The party was great. When the party was over a group of us went to Junipers which was on the same floor, the group was 16 who were all staying at the hotel that night. 8 rooms we all spent money for. when we went to Junipers the security guard told the bartenders not to serve us. We left, went down to the other bar, where we did get served. While sitting and having our drinks and great conversation the security guard comes down and speaks to the manger of the bar we are at, standing in close proximity to our group trying to intimidate us. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Enjoyed a family dinner at Hall's. Location is very convenient and dinning experience is second to none. Always enjoy when we visit Greenville.

Great hotel and amazing beds!

One night we did not have hot water Next day the water was warm, but not hot

I was not given the type of room I had previously reserved. I was downgraded to a basic double queen, even though I had reserved a king. What's even more upsetting is the number of people that received a king after I checked in. Even though I was told they were over sold and everyone that day would be placed in a double queen.

Rented a balcony king suite for fall for Greenville. Common areas where great, room was disappointing to be a suite. Very basic.

I spent 3 nights and 4 days here for work, it really exceeded my expectations in all areas .
