The staff here was so incredible and kind! I came to Dallas for a business trip and I checked in late at night and had been driving all day so I was very tired and brain dead. I accidentally parked in the valet section, and the valet attendant was very understanding and helped me out without making me feel silly for my mistake. Then when I checked in, the front desk agent was unbelievably accommodating! He greeted me so warmly even though it was past 11 PM and when I decided to join the membership program he upgraded my room and gave me complimentary access to the M Lounge. This is by far the most high-end hotel I've stayed at and I was a bit nervous about not knowing how everything worked, so it felt so wonderful to be treated like a VIP! Big thanks to the Marriott team, you made my short stay so restful and relaxing.

This IS the place to stay when in Dallas Uptown, superb staff and superb hotel. Great room and central to everything that’s good in Dallas. There are other hotels but this one stands alone in terms of excellence.

The food was good room service as an option. Gym was great. The pool was pretty. The room was not as clean as I expected it would b no microwave in the entire building

Lots of construction around property. Minor issue with hotel provided hair dryer. Electric cord had been melted in 2 spots exposing copper wire in two spots. Overall, nice property with friendly staff.

It was hot in the room. Had thermostat set at 65 and it would get nowhere close to that. We like our temperature to be able to be adjusted where we are comfortable.

I had reserved a room for 2 nights. Due to a flight delay I missed the first night but still checked in on the app to confirm my room. When I arrived I was informed that my room had been cancelled and there was no longer a room available. I showed the staff there that I had checked in on the app, but they basically just ignored me and asked me to leave as there was no room available. I tried, calmly, to have a conversation but I was asked to step aside so they could help another guest. Super rude customer service and not even willing to speak to me. I come to Dallas every month and will never book at this hotel again. Not because of the lack of room or the app error, but because the staff treated me less than human and wouldn’t even give me the courtesy of a conversation. Terrible service.

Clean, comfortable enough and in great location. Food/beverage staff were good, valet staff good, front desk not very helpful. A 70 year old solo female traveler needs a little luggage help, not getting it there. Luxury prices but not luxury hotel.

The property is beautifully designed and kept in tip top shape. Pool, Gym, Bar, Restaurant and the room...all stellar. Staff was so helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend this property.

Location is nice, and great situation of you DON'T have a car. But first night with late check-in in Thursday, valet was full and no other parking options. We drove around fir 30 minutes trying to find a spot on street. VERY frustrating.

I never review hotel stays but this one was a great one. I stayed in town for a 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend and the staff was nice enough give us a bottle of champagne and chocolates. The hotel bar is fantastic and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was perfect, everything was new and up to date. The location is one of the main reasons I booked this stay. It's located right next to Katy Trail Ice House and just minutes away from other restaurants and bars. Overall 10/10 stay.
