The hotel amenities and lounges were wonderful!

Excellent location. Short walk to Covent Garden, restaurants, sites and tube stops. Nice bar for a nightcap. We were starving one night, the kitchen was closed but they rustled us up some food.

Amazing service and beautiful room

The room was immaculate and the beds extremely comfortable. Being at the back of the hotel, it was as quiet at night as in the depths of the countryside! We thought the sheer darkness of corridors and public spaces a real disadvantage - it was almost impossible even to see the room number and we kept tripping over a change of level that was almost invisible in the gloom. On our final morning, we just had comfortable time for breakfast, final packing and checking out. The breakfast order did not come. We waited and waited until someone came and asked us if we were ready to order! We ordered again, but it took so long, we had to leave in order to get to the station. So, no breakfast, in spite of leaving three-quarters of an hour to get something. A comment to reception about the darkness throughout the hotel was met with the comment, 'It's the style'! So, now we know! Incidentally, we ate all meals at other restaurants because choice in the hotel was uninspiring and very, very limited.

This hotel is top notch from the minute you walk in until you leave. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. The amenities are great, the bed comfy, and the decor is fabulous. Nomad will be my go to for our next visit to London.

Great location and vibe!

Amazing hotel. The staff all went above and beyond to accommodate us the entire way through. The room was beautiful and very quiet. The area the hotel is in is also fantastic. Overall we loved our stay and will without a doubt be back.

Great experience!

My 2nd stay at this fantastic hotel. The reception staff didn't wow me like my 1st experience, however they are still a level above most establishments. Excellent room service and cleanliness of hotel is excellent. I did mention my Expedia VIP status, but unfortunately no room upgrade for me this time.

Would stay again. Loved everything about the hotel and the food was AMAZING.

Beautiful room and courteous and professional staff. Was mildly annoyed that I could here the restaurant music (I was in a room facing the atrium), but it wasn't loud enough to affect my sleep or watching tv, so ultimately it was fine. Would definitely recommend and return.

Amazing stay, fabulous room, brilliant staff, fantastic dinner and breakfast.

We loved everything here. Such a visually stunning place. We were not crazy about all the food though. I really needed some fruit for breakfast and got such small amount with the oatmeal. Wasn't what I expected. The liquid for oatmeal (whether it's cream, milk or oatmilk) should be added by the guest. We got the soupiest oatmeal and a tiny bit of cooked fruit on top. Sorry...always thinking of healthful options when traveling. That is my only complaint...

Excellent location and a Beautiful property. Bar difficult to get in so make sure you book a spot, staff at the bar reception were not overly helpful. Overall very nice hotel.

Our stay at NoMad was a very memorable experience. Certain things are so rarely found that they have to be acknowledged and applauded. The overall ambiance and setting of the hotel is a beautiful, immersive experience. However beautiful, this would be of no meaning with poorly trained staff. The team made us feel like we were the only guests. Very often service can be shallow, overly formal and empty, however the staff provided a truly authentic relaxed, attentive service, a style which is incredibly difficult to achieve.
