Although booking Margaritaville, I found out my reservation would only be valid at the one particular harbor hotel, which is quite annoying because all of the kid features are on the opposite side of the property (main reason for booking). I had no idea this resort was cashless, and also would be charged a large additional amount for a “credit” to be used for food and drinks at the property. There are only two actual reaturants and the menus are the same every single day. Food quality is mediocre at best and comparable to Applebees at premium prices. Local shops and on-site gift stores, cafes, ect close very early. Activities such as rock climbing, and basketball never even opend. Beaches extreamly crowded and full of trash. Our safe also magically opened when we were out and a cellphone was stolen. The only response was to submit a list and found ticket. Have tried calling the hotel several times and am told I can only talk to reservations. Property, amenities, communication, and saftey are seriously lacking, guest beware.

We liked the beach and water park, but the was no entertainment at all. And limited food options other than regular junk. They should have good shows and entertainment because everyone that goes there has kids.

I loved seeing the workers cleaning in the morning and sanitizing the OPH however i wished that same thing were done in the rooms.
Beautiful resort would be even greater if it is turned into a full all inclusive resort for guests only and serve free breakfast if all inclusive isnt feasible at the time. The room was very spacious for a studio ocean front. I absolutely loved the friendliness and kindness from front desk staff and the young guy that held the door open for my friend and I.

This is a beautiful hotel, i wanted so bad to give it a 5, the staff is always pleasant and approachable. We were on the quiet side, enjoyed watching the ships come and go from our room, and i was thankful they offered us a upgrade for a price of course. The food was enjoyable but expensive. The negative why i gave a 4, well the bathroom was clean for the most part at first glance but to our surprice there was mild in the shower, alot. I notified the staff it took awhile but they did send someone the next morning to clean it. I would recommend and i would also return just hope they ensure that the staff do a better cleaning and keep the mold away.

This was one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed at!!! The staff was so wonderful and accommodating with only one minor hiccup at the restaurant but everything else was five star top rating!!! We will definitely be back!!

I love the endless activities for adults and children. I absolutely love the water park especially the lazy river 1000/1000 overall in love with this hotel. Plus, it’s literally walking distance to everything even the straw market, fish fry etc

Margaritaville is in a great location with walking distance to the straw market and shops and also fish fry with great restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and very beautiful with awesome amenities and a stunning beach! The staff was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. The lazy river is so fun!

My first time in Nassau, the resort is conveniently located close to downtown, great view from our room, would stay at property again if visiting the area.

We stayed for 4 days after a Florida trip with the 5 of us. 2 adult kids and 1 child aged 13. We found the resort very nice, well-maintained, and overall most of the staff were friendly. There were some disappointing things with this resort, the $60/day per room fee was a bit much after booking this resort and the cost of the food was extremely over-priced. The idea of cashless was good for kids but you cant even use any cash on-site even if you have in hand. We ate a few times at the resort and the food was good. We had a few not so nice interactions with serving staff, and it seemed like they didn't want to do the job even if we were a very easy group. We loved the location as we were next to a public beach and a few different food options. Plus you can watch the cruise ships come in the morning and leave in the evening daily. That was a treat.
Overall we had a nice time, but didn't like the extreme cost of food and some portions were quite small for the price.

The property was clean, staff were very friendly but the only thing I wish they had was all inclusive or even breakfast included. Food was very good but super expensive if u eat on the property and adds up very quickly. I also didn’t like that they charge a resort fee of $56 a night those up if ur staying longer time, but overall it’s a very family friendly resort with a lot of things to do on the resort.

Overall it's really convenient if you're looking to stay in Nassau. The beach is right next to the property and there are shops around as well. Very walkable distance to other shops like the straw market, Hill Street, etc. Staff was overall nice, however, the people working at Frank & Lolas' Pizzeria not so much. They were very rude and were always "closed" even though there were no signs saying they were closed. Infact their hours were 11am-11pm. Seemed like they didn't want the business and were rude to tourists. Overall, the other staff was great and the facility was clean and modern.

Near downtown Nassau. But a bit noisy from the neighborhood: small local pubs & bars, police station close by...busy street. Resort's housekeeping service needs to be improved. Otherwise, the resort should supply vaccum machine to every room.
I believe every room in the resort has ocean beach view. My family stayed in 2 queen bedrooms suit at end corner. It has a large long balcony wuth outdoor sofa set. Highly recommended.

The property itself is nice! I wouldn’t recommend coming to the Bahamas if you’re looking for entertainment because there is none! There is absolutely no nightlife or local bars! Not too many food options either! The prices at the resort are astronomical! A lot of tourist, including myself ate breakfast at the local McDonald’s pretty often!

Vacationed here with my family . It is a nice resort. My only concerns are how rude the staff were. Especially at the bar. Making it so uncomfortable to sit down and have a drink. Get staff that actually want to work there. Also, the pool and everything closes really early. By 7pm everyone has to get out of the pool. I definitely will not be staying here again.
