This property was very dirty. I would say unhygienic. The floors are sticky and have things spilled on them. The beach tops have things spilled on them. There is dust everywhere in the kitchen. Potato chips on the couch. Just dirty.
The property managers said they would clean, then didn’t show up. They are full of excuses. And hard to get a hold of

Check in with a third party was a disaster. Our room had been cancelled and booked to someone else, then our allocated parking was wrong. Trying to navigate the car park for the first time is a nightmare in itself. Thankfully the front desk at the complex was able to help. Overall our stay was good, even though our room was downgraded to the only available room due to being fully booked.The property is a bit dated and could do with a thorough clean. The room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. Coles directly underneath was a huge bonus. Close to shops, beach and restaurants. Will I stay again?? Im not sure.

Amazing place to stay. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel has fantastic pools, both outdoor and indoor, sauna, shopping and restaurants underneath hotel and a stones throw to the beach and Cavill avenue

The location is so good and very close to tram and shopping center. The view is also excellent. Rooms are clean and comfy however the kitchen cabinet and drawers are old and the dishes are so greasy. We washed them with dish washer but still greasy. No tissues

Nice complex ,the photo of the apartment did not match very well , was a little worn and scuffed up. Looked as if we had 2 bathrooms but only had 1 . Beds were very comfortable , room were good just no area to put clothes away bar hanging space. Everything else in the complex was great and had a Cole’s and food shops underneath. Would stay again, they just need to be more accurate in the photos.

The property has very basic furnitures, flooring of the kitchen has detached and feels weird walking on it. Beds are not comfortable at all, pillows are very old and uncomfortable. Not enough blankets. There’s no room service.
The only thing I liked was the indoor pool.

It was an abysmal experience. We had booked a room boasting an ocean view, yet we were met with the complete opposite, a grievous error indeed. Despite paying a premium for the ocean view, we received no compensation for the discrepancy. When I inquired about this issue, the officer promised a callback that never materialized. I am utterly exasperated by their empty promises and have resigned myself to the belief that they will never follow through. The room’s floor was inundated with beach sand, turning our supposed haven into a gritty nightmare, while the kitchen had been usurped by a veritable empire of cockroaches. To add insult to injury, our nights were plagued by incessant noise from outside, robbing us of any semblance of restful sleep.

The accommodation we were given on arrival was OK but during th night the smoke alarm started to sound off at midnight until around 5.30 am.
I sent an email to Coastal Letting informing them what happened and they moved us to another suite.
I was supprised that there was no checks done to avoid tjis situatin.

The property could be updated, the access to the car park should be changed to a swipe access instead of a key sensor on the dash as the sensor on the roof isn't very good, had issues almost every day for our three week stay with getting into the car park due to the sensor on the roof not working properly. The pool and BBQ areas need to be open later or even just on a Friday and Saturday to be open later

I love the towers of cheveron renaissance this was my 4th stay there, great amenities throughout great for kids. The lounges both had dips in this particular room where the bottom has fallen out of them and could do with replacing and was missing a few basic items like tongs ( which I bought and left behind for the next people) and a chopping board etc but overall it had exactly what we needed for our stay and we will stay again in the future.
