Got the executive suite exclusively for the separate bathtub and shower. The tub stopper wouldn’t stay closed, so we couldn’t fill the tub. The power outlets in the bathroom are under and behind the mirror - could only access one of the plugs. The shower had two separate heads, but they only worked individually, so not pleasant for a 2 person shower. Asked for a room near the top and got the 3rd floor.

Have been here multiple times and just love it. We love to stay in summer and take advantage of the pool. Love when the bar is open and they kids and adults can enjoy swimming and listening to upbeat music. The restaurant is lovely and happy to use food vouchers there. Nice to get coffee and margarita vouchers. Made such a nice stay without really needing to leave the property.

Hotel was clean. Rooms are comfy and showers are great.
They don’t mention the $42.00 fee to park anywhere online while you are booking. The valets said this is a common gripe they hear.
Only 1 ATM on site and it was down. Visitors need access to that - in order to tip staff.
They give you vouchers for food and drinks - but you can’t use them with room service. The point of room service is to have to delivered - TO YOUR ROOM.
Front check in person should have an amazing attitude. That’s the first person ,aside from valet, you come in contact and that sets the tone. Needs help there.

The AC in the room didn’t get cold enough, so we ordered a couple fans from Target. Also seems a bit expensive for the room.

First time at the Westin, staff at check in was great! Room clean and nicely done. Restaurant was also very nice, and the pool/bar was exceptionally good!

The front staff was HORRIBLE!!! No name tags, but two girls running the front desk ruined the stay for us. Did not even mind its 47$ to park plus tip cause it’s valet parking only. That would have been bad even but the staff was just rude,disrespectful, never smiled or would even look you in the eye. CRAZY because it’s such a nice hotel!

My only complaint is that housekeeping kept knocking and even opened the door while we were sleeping and we had the do not disturb sign on the door.

The stay was relatively good, the bed was a little uncomfortable and we were misled about the “destination fee” and charged for it without using it. Pretty confusing as the staff was not forward about the situation. The pool was a lot smaller than anticipated as well and the hot tub was not hot unfortunately. Overall not a bad stay but not the best either.
