The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect, close to restaurants and malls.

The room and bathroom was very dirty. There were hairs in the shower and the linens were not clean. All around not what we expected.

The first room they gave me was not comfortable because the bathroom did not had a bathroom door, but they were able to accommodate me on another room

I was pleased with place selection and was able to check in a bit earlier that is always a plus. Customer service was so helpful on getting car service so I’d could go downtown El Salvador. Thanks

The property is clean and in a quiet, safe location close to restaurants & shopping. The vibe is hipster(ish) and the room decor is what I consider industrial. My only complaint is that my room didn’t have a bedside lamp which made reading at night difficult under one harsh overhead light. The continental breakfast was standard fare and the coffee good and strong.

You will miss the hotel if you’re not paying attention. The first night i stayed, i complained and asked if they had another room because of mosquitos. The gentleman who was on duty assisting the receptionist, sprayed the room with bug spray but i still saw them after that. The shower isn’t cleaned often, i saw dead mosquitos on the wall. Breakfast consisted of the same thing every morning (juice/coffee, bread, cheese, turkey or ham, fruit, milk and cereal). The staff was super helpful and friendly though. Also, if you stay here, be sure to bring your own wash cloth as they do not provide those, only hand towels and regular big towels.

Overall is a good hotel for what you pay but service needs to improve I ask the front desk lady for towels twice she never gave them to me, she was most of the time on her cell phone, breakfast is nothing to be impress by the rest of the staff is kind and nice . The area is perfect great to go move around and even walk so far we had a great time , hotel is average not as clean as I expected the bed was full of dust around the spring box .

Nice urban-stylish deco, location is great! Comfortable rooms but a little noisy, the lobby / check-in area is right in the bar, so you have to deal with party goers.

The overall is good, I think it's not adequate for the price. The personnel's attention is really good. The cleanness of the place could be better. The included breakfast was OK, I liked it. It was unusual but very good. The rooms were ok as well, some details perceived that could improve include the cleanness of the shower, we had no mirror on the bathroom, some curtains to reduce the lighting at night.

Such a unique and cute boutique hotel right in the center , San Benito area of town, tons of restaurants, shops, and museums. You name it. They’ve got it around. The staff was exceptional and the all inclusive breakfast that I had was absolutely outstanding Felix and Olivia Gastrobar attached to the hotel on a Saturday night provides a beautiful ambience With light music and drinks I will most certainly be staying here in the future again. Thank you, El Salvador.

I had a great stay here - Excellent service, friendly staff, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable room. The bar downstairs is also a fun time. Would definitely stay here again.

I felt like I was in my country and overall great people around me

I like that it’s super close to great restaurants, attentive staff that go the extra mile (thanks Josue! who really was amazing), and it includes breakfast. Fun, hip decor, with plenty of action in the bar…club like but fun. If you mind a bit of music as you sleep look elsewhere but for me, it was a great stay all the way.

Comfortable and easy access

The room was nice and the staff friendly, they event went the mile and had breakfast ready for me very early due to a morning flight. However, this unfortunately all fades in comparison to that the hotel is also a nightclub with banging loud techno music so the whole bed is shaking with the bass and no sleep until the club closes. This hotel should come with a warning about this. I am in El Salvador every month for business - first, last, and only time I will stay here.

I have to say the service went above and beyond. Josue made sure we got some breakfast before we check out at 4 am. It was the best fruit yogurt I have ever had. My wife and I thought it was so thoughtful he went out of his way the night before. As for the hotel the place is like a bar/club where you can stay over. They play music, DJ and the bartenders are more like mixologist. I look forward to staying there again. If you a light sleeper this might not be the place for you to stay.

Great place and value for price

After traveling through all of El Salvador, I can happily say that the cardedeu is one of my favorite places I have stayed. I highly recommend the kind suite. The food is delicious and the staff is very kind.
