Excellent staff and location. It has a classic old style (kinda art deco) with convenient shops nearby and very close to malls for all your other shopping needs. Depending on your room you might have a fantastic view of the Bund. Our main problem was that there was heavy rain on arrival and our room was damp (looks like an ongoing issue since the paint was all bubbled with damp spots on arrival) with water coming through the walls at the ceiling creating a pool on the floor near our window on the 7th floor. This room had a great view. The staff were great, they moved us down the hall to a room that didn't have any dampness issues or water leaking through the ceiling but unfortunately they didn't have any other room available with the amazing view of bund we had in first room

Hotel service was great. The room was clean. Hotel is located beside the MRT station which is very convenient to travel around.

Train station is a 2 min walk away. Small eateries nearby too. Train station is on the same line to go to Raohe Night market.

Convenient location, just next to a metro exit, close to a small night market. Surrounded by commercial offices, no shopping place. There are an indoor swimming pool and onsen that can enjoy even under bad weather ;)

Nice Japanese owned hotel with very friendly and helpful crew. The morning buffet provided a lot of choices, but been to other hotels in Taipei that are better.

All staff is extreme friendly and helpful. Hotel conditions is new and location is very convenient. Will book it again next time when traveling to Taiwan.

The property is it a great location for dining and shopping. There is paid parking across the street, which is very convenient. There is no check-in desk or housekeeping, and the room could have used a more thorough cleaning before we checked in. It was easy to communicate with the rental agency, and they were very attentive.

I have always enjoyed my stay every time when I visit Taiwan. Great location, decent breakfast buffet, friendly staff, fresh scents around the whole place and nice piano bar on the 3th floor. Will be back again.

Overall the hotel was well maintained and the breakfast was always good. What I liked it was pretty much easy to walk around and close to a lot of good restaurants and shopping including Taipei 101.
