Early check in was prompt. Staff was easy to deal with. Even had an umbrella available when it was raining. An easy 10 min walk to the train station.

Excellent property. Very comfortable with only one minor complaint and that is when staying on the 7th floor the rooftop bar is directly above on 8 and patrons are very noisy

Was good but couldn’t use wifi, couldn’t connect the tv and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude

I really enjoyed my stay, the bathroom was fabulous for a good soak and I love a spacious shower.

We love staying at the Astina whenever we attend an event in Penrith.
Staff are so friendly and helpful. The doors open and the foyer is beautiful and smells wonderful and so inviting. All the areas are clean. Beds are very comfy. The kitchen is well equipt. Can't find any negatives to say about the Astina. You will love it like we do.

I didn't like that there was an opening in between the glass door and window so the cold breeze was coming in and the noise pollution was pretty loud. Other than that it was great. Although i would have liked some choices of chocolate/ snacks/ drinks in the fridge that would be cool.

Booked a penthouse with mountain view.
This did not happen the rooms are the same as lower level just cost more and no mountain view as it faced south.
I got a lot of noise from the road the receptionist on check in was extremely rude unhelpful and argumentative.
The room was not restocked with soap or fresh towels even when I requested this with the rude unhelpful receptionist

Going up to Penrith for a special occasion celebration and looking to make a night of it. The one bedroom suite was just perfect for our requirements. The room was in excellent condition with everything you could need for a night away (or longer) Fully equipped kitchen with a large living area and furnished balcony. The master bedroom has a spacious on-suite. Each suite has an assigned off street car parking space and the in suite wifi was nice and strong. Overall it was a nice place to stay that we would use again.

Astina Suites is excellent rooms very spacious - apartment style - lounge, kitchen, big bathroom, 2nd toilet bedroom massive bed and a spacious balcony. A very nice roof top bar great cocktails and excellent Tapas style food.

Glass door for balcony was broken. Safety issue with the 3 kids. Everything else was great 👍

Only one word to describe this property was WOW and would have to say one of the nicest places that we've stayed. We've stayed at some top end hotels in our travels around the world and this property surpassed all of them.

Amazing and friendly staff. Beautiful accomodation with spacious rooms each including an ensuite.
Massive dinning and lounge area with a big balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage watching the sunset. Including your own kitchen and laundry appliances.
Great restaurant with yummy food catering to all needs and spectacular rooftop pool with a spa. Would definately recommend staying here.

The apartments are large and well equipped. Ensuites in both bedrooms. Ducted air con and zoned for each bedroom and living room.
Toilet paper is thin and of low quality which is a shame considering the unit is of high quality. Booked for 4 x people but only got 2 x bottles water.

From the first greeting on arrival, the staff extremely attentive and friendly. The room clean and fresh, contained everything one would need down to a capsule coffee machine. Perfect getaway stay. We will be back.
