Explained the whole process of after hours entry to building when shut and early checkout out when shut which was handy. Also received text messages directly from the hotel if something had happened there (eg lifts not working) then another when they worked again. So great communication

The room and staff were very nice. The sound of the ventilation fan in the room was annoying during the night and the TV was difficult to use so much so as I couldn’t get live TV easily so I gave up.

Very friendly at front desk, very accomodating to allow early check in.
Room - no brakes on beds, slides around. Found socks and mandarin under bed. Power point near bed loose. Suspicious stain on throw pillow.
Nice shower, nice small gym.
Otherwise nice stay.

The only thing I can complain about us the lack of parking in the facility. I was told I would need to pre book parking as they have limited parking so had to park on the street. 2hr parking during the day so have to move the car every 2 hours. Untimed street parking after 5pm.
A message when making a booking saying parking needs to be booked would have been a good thing.

Nice accomodation comfy bed, had to pay extra $30 a day for parking. Reception told me that because we booked through Expedia they hide the parking fee.

It was great, very clean, easy check in, parking was booked out however plenty of parking on street not far to walk. A couple of cafes down stairs and easy access to transport into the city.

The ironing board was broken, the toilet seat was off the hinges as well. Otherwise a nice stay.

The Quest is a convenient location to stay.

I upgraded to a room with a laundry but the dryer didn’t work and then found out there was a communal laundry so shouldn’t have paid the extra. The TV didn’t connect to any of the smart features. The shower head function wouldn’t change from rain shower. And the couch, well I was afraid to sit on it for the stains on it. Putrid. I’m waiting for the hotel to call me back about these issues as we had to leave early in the AM.

was a bit concerned when I saw ear plugs on the bedside table, as train station is across the road, there was some noise but not enough to impact our sleep.

Friendly staff. Main issues continues to be very limited parking and then others parking in our designated parking. Very clumsy!! Only stayed because of lack of vacancies at other nearby establishments.

Phillip in reception is a rude arrogant twit! Theres no restaurants in the immediate vicinity, however they do have beverages and snacks at reception but these are unavailable if Phillip claims to have done the banking early.
