Think the thermostat was broken in our A/C, kept dropping down to 16/18 degrees overnight

Very quiet and such a good spacious room to move around in. Close to the event I needed to be at.

The location suited my needs. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Kitchen/Dining facilities were amazing as I was not expecting what the room had to offer. Staff very friendly and helpful. Onsite parking was an advantage. I definitely will be staying at this location again.

I loved that when I came down to ask for more milk, I was asked if I needed more towels.. This to me is great customer experience.

Middle of suburbia

The Reception staff were very helpful before I got there, and while I was there. Location was very convenient to Nepean Hospital and to transport. The room and the facilities are well designed, most comfortable and spotless. I’d happily return here.

Modern and stylish rooms in a great location close to the hospital. Excellent staff and easy to navigate on site parking.
