It was a good stay

Absolutely loved staying here. Definitely will stay here again and would recommend.

My room had a window that was level with the parking deck and I did not feel safe being a single woman that easily accessible

Went to check in at 6pm, I was told room wasn’t ready yet which is weird because normal check in is 3pm. Staff called house keeping and they found a room for me. When we went to the room, it wasn’t really clean. The sink was dirty which looked like vomit or something. Also there wasn’t a TV remote.

Good stay. Nothing special.

Bed was nice. Single king bedroom is a nice size and lovely decor. Breakfast was lacking. No computers for guests…

We will stay here every time we visit Greensboro!

This is my second stay at this property. The pool was great for my kids to enjoy and it’s very conveniently located and walkable to downtown. There were trains going by but once we fell asleep we didn’t hear them.

Well situated to downtown

The first room I received was dirty. As in they assigned me a room that had not been cleaned yet. Sixth floor hallway smelled like pet oder. Their is a railroad track next to the hotel. Super loud! Ran out of breakfast food for long periods of time both mornings.

Very nice hotel! Staff very pleasant!

We were at a dance competition at the Carolina Theater - so it was the perfect location. No in room safes - they do have safe deposit boxes at front desk - but didn't use them. they only clean the rooms every other day - I like my room cleaned every day we pay a lot for these rooms at $250 a night (I know its since Covid) walking to many resturants and coffee shops. Lobby nice - request anything like an extra pillow or blanket in evening they will tell you housekeeping is gone and they will try but they never do. Towels were always available. I would stay here again for the connivence to the theater.

The best Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed on and there have been many. Everything that 3 generations of family could have wanted. The property is beautiful and clean and comfortable, staff is super helpful, proximity to good restaurants walking distance.

Clean

The hotel is three minutes from the university. Front desk clerk was very friendly, room was nice, breakfast was delicious and they had grab and go energy bags if you don't have time to eat breakfast, good movies on tv, ear plugs in the room for the train because the train track is close to the hotel(we didn't need them). Overall great stay. We will definitely stay there again.

Only recommendation is to have proper glasses instead of plastic for wine.

Breakfast could be better but the stay was great

everything was so clean especially the rooms. The free breakfast was fantastic and loved the longer hours that it was open. Will definitly recomend Hampton Inn and Suites

The train was always going by and blowing the horn. That sucked. However, I was impressed with the fact that the hotel places ear buds in the room which is very thoughtful.

Great rooms, wonderful staff, and walkable to so many great restaurants and shops! And wonderful breakfast offered!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was very bright and roomy. The roominess however was curiously a negative. The room was enormous but mostly empty space and felt sterile. Also being charged for parking separately in the hotel's own parking lot as well as a separate resort fee seemed misleading. The main problem, however, is that the hotel was a couple of hundred yards from a train line and freight trains rode past the entire night blowing a very loud horn which kept us up most of the night. Given the location this hotel is seriously overpriced.

Great stay! One of the nicest Hampton Inn’s I’ve stayed at. Walking distance to eateries, coffee shops, stores etc. 2 miles from Coliseum. Only drawback was having to pay for parking and a train that came close by several times in the night with loud whistling. They did provide ear plugs. I would definitely stay again!

Located in a great area to walk around, shop and find many varieties of cuisine. Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. Would stay there again.

My room provided me with everything needed for my stay. The room was thoroughly clean. I enjoyed breakfast each morning. I appreciated the variety of meals provided each day. The area was clean and food was quickly replenished. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful in every way.

Felt safe. Great customer service. Onsite parking close to doors.
