The breakfast was really good and the breakfast area was very clean. The lady that was working on Sunday morning in the breakfast area was very accommodating and made sure everything was refilled, kept clean and was very friendly.

The hotel was great! Perfectly situated in downtown Tucson. Staff was friendly but especially those that worked breakfast. The food trays, supplies was never empty; during our 4 night stay had breakfast every morning and at different times. The staff kept the area cleaned, wiping down tables, emptying trash bins, keeping the food trays filled, and greeting everyone as they came in. They were really awesome!
The pool/rec area is great. Theres a fire pit we hung out by after dinner one evening.
Parking was good, we didnt have any major issues. The only issue was when we arrived the first day and wasnt sure where the parking was because the gates were down. But once confirmed, no issue going in or out and there was plenty of parking.
The hotel is within walking distance to several shops in the area. There's a streetcar stop nearby; highly recommend use around the downtown area. Univ of AZ isnt far either.
Overall great stay and would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

The only issue is that the parking garage is very small so I wasn’t able to park in it even though I paid. They refunded the $$ so not terrible, but had to use street parking a few blocks away

Great downtown Tuscon location. Easy parking, and very walkable area. Cool restaurants nearby. Great breakfast buffet too! Awesome stay.

Nice location in downtown Tucson to visit downtown and the National Park. A bit of road contraction going on right now, but it really wasn't a problem. Many restaurants

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times visiting my university student. We love the location, breakfast, and pool area.Beds are comfortable. Only complaint is that room cleaning was supposed to be every other day. We were there 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. I don't worry so much about my bed being remade, but fresh towels, replenish of paper products, and emptying the garbage would be appreciated without having to chase it down...

Great thing is we received early check in. Bad thing - our reservation was for a king bed - our room had 2 queens. Lack of parking when we paid for parking. Free breakfast - oatmeal and yogurt ran out by 9 am. No one cared to refill it.

We really enjoyed our say at the Home2Suites in downtown Tucson. The rooms are big and well laid out, very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were very good. We will return!

Beautiful hotel and location. They have a roof top pool and rooms are clean and spacious! Nice to have a kitchen in our room with many necessities. We will definitely stay here again. Also, housekeeping checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Friends husband had major surgery nearby hospital. Home2 Suites was a comfy place to relax, dine on local cuisine and walk safely around neighborhood.

Parking is $20 for a secure garage. I don't remember seeing this on hotels.com, but that's not the hotel's fault, pretty sure. The alternative is curbside meters which are free on weekends, but the area doesn't seem particularly safe to me. They said they haven't had issues, but there area a lot of homeless people and people that look quite... Um .. addicted, in nearby blocks.
The hotel is secure, the garage and elevator all require a key card to operate. The pool is on the 3rd floor, but it is only 3 feet deep. No spa that I could see. It's a nice pool and patio.
The room is spacious and clean, with blackout shades that roll down so you're not struggling to close that last little gap between drapes like so many other hotels!
Service was great! Every little thing, like needing some extra blankets or another bath towel, they sent someone up with a smile immediately!
Breakfast was fine. Hot options were limited, but it was ok.

We love staying at this property. Very convent to downtown eating and nightlife. Safe walk. Pool area is nice and clean. Would prefer daily maid service. Otherwise a great stay.

My room was next to several industrial air conditioning units that sounded like a helicopter preparing to take off all night. Also the air conditioning unit in the room was loud like a car engine stuck in high rpm mode. The room smelled like dog urine, and there were several dogs barking a whining much of the night. Needless to say I did t get much sleep and did not enjoy my stay. I will be seeking a refund.

This is my second time staying at Home 2, however, this experience was not as great as the first time. Overall, the stay was good. I just have to say that their parking lot was completely full and we had to find parking elsewhere. The breakfast quality was not as good as last time, and, although I know this has more to do with guests rather than staff, the food area was a mess. On a positive note, their staff continues to be amazing, competent, and friendly. Room was great.

Great location right across the street from a beautiful Catholic Cathedral. Parking isn’t free so keep that in mind. There is a parking garage attached to the hotel.

It was the first time that we stayed in that hotel. It is clean. The bed and pillows super comfortable. We loved the view from our room and from the pool area! It was nicely unexpected. Definitely, we will return to this hotel.! Our kids loved the pool. Thank you.
