Beds were comfortable and it was a different experience for us having everything streamlined. We are used to a different hot breakfast options but the selections were adequate. Thank you.

Hotel was great and very clean . Beds were very comfortable. I had only one negative thing to say, The bathroom had cold to lukewarm water on and off all week .

Check-in took longer than it should have as there was a computer issue and the receptionist was training someone. She spoke more to the trainee than she did us. Room was good for a quick "pull off the road and get a few zzz's" hotel. Very small but bed was comfy and room was clean enough. Biggest problem was the next morning, I took a cold shower. I would rather sleep on an uncomfortable bed than take a cold shower. When I brought it to the attendant's attention all I got was, "I'm sorry." Several positives in this review but a cold shower trumps them all. Would look for another hotel before trying Avid Hotels again.

I was told this is a brand new hotel, only about a year old, but it definitely shows some wear already. The room was clean and bed was comfy. This is a great hotel if youre looking for a quick stay. The staff was super nice and accomodating. The only issue was there were a bunch of dead ladybugs around the window, and in the morning one was flying around the room. The girl at the desk said they are aware of the issue and trying to find a solution. They are bred at a facility behind the hotel and so they come in through the ac units. Not a huge issue, but just a heads up so no one is surprised.

The hotel was ok but don’t stay here unless you are ok with being awaken very rudely at 8:30 am by housekeeping banging on your door. When we addressed them they were extremely rude and the front desk clerk was not helpful in resolving the issue

This was a great hotel choice for the area we stayed in. The breakfast was grab and go but coffee, filtered and sparkling water was available all day. There were plenty of other breakfast options within 1-2 miles and close to a freeway exit.

They charged me twice and sent me to one king bed when I booked 2 queen beds- so we- family- slept uncomfortable togs in one bed. And the staffs said it’s only bed they have.

I want to know do all the hotels will have an microwave in the rooms because mine didn't have no microwave in there.

It was a great stay. Tge staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. The room was fresh and clean.
