I didn't realize that extended stay meant weeks/months. Some of the "tenants" were a little scary looking, but very nice. Room was very nice. Bed was exceptional! I don't think I'll stay there again if the occasion comes up again.

When I first checked into my room, they gave us an uncleaned room that smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. After I went to tell the front desk lady, she didn’t even believe me until I showed her pictures. Also, made us wait for everyone else in line to check in until we could be moved into another room. But she kept on saying was the room really dirty? The bed was a disaster and the towels were on a couch and cups of half way drinks were on the night table. It looked as if someone was still there. And this is the question we get asked?? For real. Finally we got another room and she went with us to verify the room was fine. When we got into the elevator it smelled like week. Then we were woken up at 4 am by the sound of dogs running around the room above us, and we determined that the people in the room above us had left and locked their dogs in the bathroom. They were barking, whining, and scratching at the door. When we were able to speak to hotel staff they said they can go check but really there is nothing they can do. There was another guest who couldn’t sleep either and said these are animals in distress and we should contact the police. We made the call, they showed up but left a few minutes later because they “couldn’t do anything” and the hotel did not contact the owner. The answer was we can’t reach the owner. They may be at work. And in the meantime we couldn’t sleep. They did it even offer to switch us to a different room. Dogs continues to bark until we left

Solid 3-star property, due to the friendly staff. Terrible odor in my room, which warranted a two star rating.

It was a comfortable room with a big kitchen but the only way you could have plats/cups/pans/silverware was by buying it. I was very disappointed with that fact. Also, the neighbors can be VERY loud and make it hard to sleep. The towels were not really clean, the bed was comfortable.

I booked on Expedia, checked in and room was dirty with trash and dirty sheets. . Told the desk clerk and she checked 3 other empty rooms and they were all dirty. I told her i wanted a refund and she agreed. She said she didnt know why they were all dirty! Something was really iff there. Dont go!!

This hotel was marginal, thankfully we weren't there long and only to sleep. Service wasn't great, often times no one was at front desk. There were no hand towels in our bathroom, only 2 bath towels and two wash cloths and had to ask for kitchen towel. When I asked for hand towels they gave me two more wash cloths. There were dogs barking several times in the night that made sleeping hard. Not convinced the sheets had been changed on one of the beds, they were not clean.

It’s in a nice area but it definitely serving the transient community. Smells bad from people cooking in their rooms and living there. It was my mistake to choose an “extended stay” hotel. As a woman alone it did not feel safe and I actually left early to get another hotel because of the putrid smell.

Property and room was clean and maintained and looked like new. USB ports were available for recharging.
Only thing out that was out of anyone's control was the road noise off the highway.
Otherwise, everything was great.

Great 8 day stay except for no electric for 1 morning. Had to get ready for family wedding at another hotel since we did not have electric or hot water. Poor to no communication from staff as to when electric was being turned on.

Over all a nice, clean & friendly place but amenities advertised as including FULL kitchen egich is misleading as there was NO dishes, silverware or cook ware. What good is a cook top when there is nothing to cook in?

The property was immaculately kept and well maintenanced. Rooms were very clean and amenities for a great stay were available. Check-in was simple and convenient. The staff were tremendously friendly and helpful with answering questions. Heather specifically is a true asset to the property and management is very lucky to have such a professional member of their team. 5-stars all around.

My one night stay was pleasant. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Nothing fancy but has all the amenities. The shower was great- water pressure and hot water fast. Front desk reps were very nice and outgoing I'd stay here again.

We were booked for 2 days, we we given 2 bath towels and washcloths and no hand towel. And they were paper thin. Also 1 little bar of soap. No coffee or hair dryer in the room either. If this could have been remedied it was a good hotel

The rating on this hotel was 9.2 and it was in a nice area so I booked it. When i got there they immediately had me sign a no refund agreement. I should have ran, but it was late and we were tired. The hotel was cut rate and had absolutely no amenities. No coffee pot, no little bottles of conditioner, no Kleenex. The bed was hard and they provided three little half pillows for two people and the TV didn't work. We tried to call down to the desk but they wouldn't answer so my husband had to go down to the desk while I called hotels.com to complain. Hotels.com called the hotel and got them to agree to put us in a "much better" room. It was exactly the same, but overlooked the highway and the highway light lit up our room with no light blocking shades. The tv did work. With multiple trips to move to the new room and comments from the staff we realized that many of the people staying there were homeless long term residents. I'm glad they had a place to stay, but obviously the rate we paid was high enough to pay for our room and theirs. Don't pay more than $50 a night here. More than that is a rip off.

Doors that were supposed to be locked were taped so you could get in without a key. Doors bang shut loudly! The doggie areas are limited and there is door poop everywhere!
The staff is amazing however!
