It was located by the water, near the airport, Sandyport Beach, restaurants, and grocery stores (15 min walk). Very spacious, had great views, and had a washer and dryer.

The sliding doors need some adjustment, it was quite challenging to open and close them.

We didn't like not knowing which unit was ours. The photos gave us the impression that we would have a direct access to the sand beach so we were a little disappointed when we first arrived and realised that we had to go through to the back entrance. The patio door was broken and was really hard to open and close... so we couldn't have access to the outside quickly. We were travelling with a 5yo kid and having to go through the back entrace made it impossible to access the beach while he was sleeping inside. Once we got over the initial disappointement, we still made the most of our stay and had a really nice time. We would book here again, we would just make sure to have all of the information and wouldn't make any assumptions based on the pictures.

The property is right on the water and conveniently located between two beaches. You can walk to local businesses or better yet, rent a car! 

The property itself is outdated, but that’s not a dealbreaker for us. 

The property was VERY old and so many things were not working. When we checked in, we noticed the washer and dryer was not working. The TV was not working. AC only worked at night time. All kitchen utensils were OLD and dirty. Bed room's carpet floor was stained and dirty. Spoke to Tyler about the washer and dryer and he falsely promised that he will give us a Washer and dryer or change the room, But, he did not and never answered our call. Very disappointing

I felt safe, it was clean and quiet. The place came with everything even dishes and utensils so that you can cook food. I love how it was close to stores and restaurants.

The air conditioning wasn't working good. An we didn't rent a car was a little to far from a grocery store for two old ladies. But thanks to Tyler he hooked us up with a great taxi,an the bus. Take bug spray for outside.

Tyler was awesome and smoothed out a few bumps on our first day.

The sunsets are beautiful. The view is worth every penny. Loved it. Tyler was great with us and if there was anything we needed he would help. As we were coming across these issues with the place, I didn't really want to be messaging him every few minutes asking for something,, so we made do.

First we had to wait an hour and half for our unit to be cleaned. The unit can use a little work, bathroom sink felt it was coming from the wall, it was loose. The air conditioning wouldn't go below 77 so it was very weak. Kitchen supplies lacking spatula and frying pan teflan all scratched off, really should be thrown out. The fridge froze most of our food. Really dated! Too bad because it's a lovely spot, just needs some TLC.

The structure is nice and clean and with a fantastic sunset. What struck me most, however, is Tyler's kindness, professionalism, intuition of needs, punctuality in answers and solutions! Outstanding Tyler!!

Stunning view of the west coast and beach with plenty of sunsets and hours swinging in the hammock listening to the lapping waves right next to the sandy deck area. Plenty of space and light in the unit. Good balcony to watch said views. Kitchen has basic utensils and items to cook and supplied with garbage bags and dishsoap. This unit has great potential to be a vacation paradise as it is large, nicely decorated and furnished and an effort has been put into providing good linens and curtains but see dislikes that need addressing.

Unit very tired and needs work both inside and out. All towels faded and scrappy both bathroom and beach towels.Furniture downstairs revamped but uncomfortable. Paint bubbling off walls and large stains over the bed and in the bathroom from previous leaks that have dried up but left their mark. Sliding door frames breaking apart and difficult to slide open with evidence of changing and removing locks and installing other types of locks over the years. Kitchen painted but tired, original bathrooms need redoing as bath losing its enamelling, shower control faulty, tiles cracking and sealant failed. Toilet in 2nd bedroom runs continuously. Bed seemed very small for the advertised queensize. Noisy flooring above our bedroom meant we had to wake early every day to heavy footsteps and furniture being dragged around. No privacy unless curtains were kept closed as there are 9 units on site that all share the sandy deck area and people feel they can walk right past your patio doors. " hammocks and 2 loungers were always in demand so not enough if all units occupied. Smokers still smoked on their balconies ...no visual signs in units to stop that.

The location is incredible and perfect for relaxing and family trip! The host Tyler was super friendly and accommodating! There are restaurants in walking distance and paradise island is like 20 mins away! Also the location is very close to the airport.

The apartment units needs little renovation especially the locks on door and window glass slides.

The location was right on the water and we loved it.It is a bit further from a lot of tourist locations though so prepare for good transportation. Tyler connected us with a taxi who became our personal driver for our stay.That was awesome!

The stairs to the second floor need to be fixed to the wall better. A better bed or at least better pillows in the main suite would be nice. It can use some paint and updating but this didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay!

Location was fine, quiet, out of the centre, close to the airport. You don't need a car on the island, you can get everywhere by bus, the bus stop is next to the accommodation, the bus will stop anywhere at the wave of a hand.

The beach next to the accommodation is not very nice, I recommend walking 10 minutes to Sandyport beach

Located on the beach, amazing view while u sitting on the terrace. nice and very comfy hammocks down there, lovely to chill in. beautiful beach found a few steps away, no ppl there at all.

we had some issues after arriving, but Tyler was there to fix them . always good communication and helping out, thanks! house is big and nice, bed is not in the best condition anymore need to be changed😊
