fantastic apartment in a great location. really comfortable and clean. it had everything you would need. opposite a fabulous coffee shop. perfect location for the beach and lovely walks.

The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was more spacious than we expected. You couldn't hope for better hosts than Lesley and Robert. They were so helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay here, we felt so at home, Lesley is very friendly and welcoming and just up the road if you need her. The flat was spacious, spotless and has everything you need. It's also very quiet considering it's on a street near the seafront and great for walks on the lovely, sandy beach with our dog. There are lots of bars, restaurants and places to visit, we'd highly recommend and we hope to be back.

I liked the cleanliness, orderliness and the peaceful situation of Roker Cottage - even though it is in a street there was very little traffic noise. I very much apreciated that Lesley met me on my arrival to show me around the property etc. she is a very approachable, friendly and helpful person - nothing was too much trouble for her

property was very clean, highly maintained, very spacious, living room which has a nice big settee and a big TV, internet was very good and fast. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need to function. Had no issues with parking, a big plus was the great location right on the front meaning seafront was literally across the road.

very minor one but there is 1 clunky radiator in bedroom when the heating comes on, simple fix was to drop the thermostat down that particular rad and it was solved

Everything about the flat as perfect, a real home from home. Great big bed, we slept like logs. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy cozy sitting room with a large TV. WiFi was fab. En suite loo and second bathroom, the shower is amazing, you could easily save water and shower together ! The rear garden was secluded and an absolute suntrap. Comfy garden furniture, plenty of seating to have friends round for the evening. Great secure parking behind the electric roller shutter gate. Lesley the owner and host is absolutely lovely and was a minute away if we needed any help, not that we did, but handy to know. I could go on and on singing the flat's praises, but it just makes me feel "homesick" !!

property is bigger than its looks in the photos. immaculate . quality bedding and pillows, everything you need right on the door step- we will return again so we can explore the restaurants as we didn’t want to leave our dog alone (anxiety issues) Prego restaurant does amazing food, I only live two hours away and this will become a regular visit

this isn’t a dislike as we knew about it before hand and wanted the property so much we decided to deal with it. we have a protective dog, so for someone to be on the same property is an issue, just ment we had to go out with her when she went for a wonder, neighbour needs the back path to get to their back door, we have a large dog so didn’t want to scare/upset neighbours-the gardens are secure -this was more for the care of others 45kg dog running at ya is not always the best meet and greet.

Everything was there we needed and it was all perfect.
