Excellent service and friendly staff!

Have cooking facility but not enough utensils. only a pan was given to do it all. Very conservative when it comes to tissue papers and toiletries. Beds are comfortable but rooms are small and narrow. Pool is too small for a 2 bedroom Villa. Didn’t really mind the bugs but there are a lot of ants.

It was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast. lots of variety of food.

Everything was fine. We are happy with everything.

Location The villa is located in a quieter area and off the main road. We particularly liked this because we wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of sightseeing areas. Also only 20-30 mins drive from the airport, Melasti beach, and Nusa Dua. The complex is very serene, safe, each villa has their own parking space too. Villas Our family stayed in the 1 bed and 3 bed villas for a total of 5 nights, all were exceptional especially for the price. No issue with bugs in the outdoor bathroom and pool. All the rooms are ensuite. The beds are super comfortable. The villas are gorgeous and well-designed. Staff & service Staff were very friendly and professional. Check-in was straightforward. They were great at communicating with us, also quick to respond. Restaurant food was good. Breakfast buffet could be improved. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to be back. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so special.

Pricing on the higher side

Private, quiet and relaxing. It’s like you’re in your own little heaven, just having a swim jn the pool or having afternoon tea sets at the lounge area, just chilling in the bedrooms or having a bubble bath. They even provide bubble bath soap which I found was a nice touch! Staff was friendly and helpful from check in, to the Madawa’s staff (the restaurant), to housekeeping till checking out.

das Hotel und die Zimmer waren SEHR sauber, die Mitarbeiter total zuvorkommend und freundlich! Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Der private Pool war sauber und die Temperatur war angenehm. Die Lage ist jedoch etwas „einheimischer“ - man ist jedoch mit einem Scooter schnell in der Straßenmeile der Restaurants und innerhalb 25 min. in Uluwatu.

The property was absolutely incredible. The rooms are so beautiful and clean. It was 5 star luxury. The massages we got were incredible and the buffet breakfast and restaurant was 10/10. The staff were also very lovely. For $170 Australian dollars a night it is good value, but there are definitely cheaper places to stay in Bali. But if you are wanting luxury in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, it’s for you!

The location was a bit out of the main strip, which is good and bad. It’s on the out skirts of Nusa Dua so to get to the beach/shops is 15 minutes by car. Legian and Kuta is 30-60 minute by car, so we spent a lot of money on driving.

The suites in itself are beautiful and lovely. The restaurant and the food on the menu is just phenomenal. It was the best food we had in Bali. I don’t drink much but the cocktails stole the show. The staff is friendly. The suites look much better in person. There were some small ants but it’s unavoidable in a tropical country.

Its a bit far from other places but grab delivers easily. The massage organised by the hotel was not good at all!! It was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend it. They need to hire professional people. Also when we asked for more drinking water they sent us fancy water in glass bottles which was 100000 when we wanted more regular water. Please don’t do that. Rooms in itself are slightly smaller than the other villas

Hele mooie villa met zwembad voor een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Beste hotel waar we hebben verbleven in Bali. Personeel is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het restaurant serveert super gerechten en het ontbijt buffet is zeer uitgebreid.

Het ligt iets verder van de bezienswaardigheden van Uluwatu en er zijn niet veel restaurants in directe omgeving van het hotel.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and we didn’t want to leave!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the villas were so clean. The private pool was a really good size and you got sun over the pool/outdoor area from about 9am to about 4pm - fantastic if you’re wanting to laze by the pool with a bit of sun!! The breakfast each morning had good choices, eggs all different ways, fruit was so fresh, bread, and delicious coffee. It was so easy to ring reception for any of our needs- we had masseuse come to the villa a couple of times for massages. The Villa is super quiet, we couldn’t hear other guests when in our Villa. Really was 10/10 and would highly recommend!

The location is about a 10-15 minute drive down to the main area of Nusa Dua but that didn’t bother us at all. It was so easy to get a taxi. The staff booked us taxis/bikes on the app for us. The only other thing was that there was no juice included in the breakfast, you had to pay extra for that.

The breakfast was not as expected

There were a wide variety of options for breakfast and I think the staff has been super friendly and helpful to us! The stay was great and the swimming pool and vacation mood as well as ambience there is superb. It is quite convenient to eat there too but there were only one option which was Madawa that was part of the hotel. Staff was also very helpful for information such as taxis and watersports, they even offered to book transport for us numerous times! It was super super comfortable and I really love it there! Would visit again!

Location wise, I think because Bali is a big island and all the tourist destinations are quite far apart, our main method of transport has always been taxi. For those who wants a beach right after you wake up and look out of the window this is probably not what you would book but I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing vacation as the room was far too comfortable. There is also convenient stores nearby but quite far away by walking. However, taxi is very much available too through apps such as Gojek, Grabcar and Bluebird taxi, all very reliable!

Absolutely everything! The villas are even better than I what they look like in pictures. Pool clean, rooms amazing and facilities handy! Staff are super friendly and breakfast is the best ever!!! Totally worth getting breakfast included. Everyone in this hotel it’s just sweet and helpful, shout-out to Eka and Aldo who made our stay unforgettable and looked after us while on our girls trip! Highly recommend staying here!!
