Free parking.
Many beds suitable for big group of peoples.
Been to this building few years back and it wasn't so bad, decided to stay here this time and it's such a disapointment.
One of the room the light cannot turn on.
Downstairs toilet, toilet bowl seat is broken hence cannot be lifted
Dining table got a lots of ants (we didn't even eat on that table)
Upstairs toilet, toilet bowl have water leakage and hence the whole night with the water dripping sound
Hot water pressure not stable, hence during shower the temperature keep on changing and it's very annoying.
Quite dusty in many corners.
Definitely not coming again and also not recommending others from choosing until they really put in some effort to solve all the problem mentioned above and do better.

everything was very good.. location was near to the beach, shop lots, easy to buy anything to eat, facilities was very good.. very satisfied.. bed so comfortable, house was very clean, easy parking, easy check-in & check-out..
i like everything actually.. so just wanna suggest to put more mirror such as a tall mirror for guest to make-up and see their outfits easily..

Spacious, duplex unit, comes with 2 toilets
No direct SEAview, lots of ants roaming around downstairs, refrigerator not working properly, lots of banging and footstep noises during the night, downstairs toilet low flushing pressure

1. Cleanliness - trash was not taken out. Room smell of smoke
2. Facilities - Pool was dirty. Elevator waiting time >25 mins. Parking lot not available upon arrival. Lobby was filthy!
3. Internet - poor and intermittent service

- strategic location, easy access to all tourist spots
- fantastic sea view, there’s a walk way by the sea which is right opposite of the property
- clean and neat
- provide two parking spots and the parking is not as narrow as other stays in Penang island
- 2 rooms, 2 toilets, 4 double beds (fantastic bombastic)
- big dining table for 8 person, wide and high living room with drop-down windows
- there’s fruit flies in the building and it’s quite annoying especially in the toilets
- low water in both toilets
- other than living room’s, both the rooms’ aircons were terrible. The air coming out from the aircon is not clod at all. Was sweating terribly on the first night and have to move to living room on the second night
- there’s yellow stains on the bed sheets

The location is superb. Easy access to shops and restaurants. There are 7-eleven and family mart right at the third floor.
We enjoyed a lot the MMA tournament that held at Maritime Automall at the night. (We watched the competition through the living room) However, there is a little bit noisy since surrounding is quite crowded. I am strongly recommend Sungai Pinang Food Court which is around 10 minutes walking distance, a lot of food choices there and delicious.

About check out.. check out before 11 o'clock is too early. Because your place is too comfortable, my son doesn't want to wake up early. I recommend to check out before 12 noon like most places.

The place was great. The room is at level 5 just nice. Good for big family, extra bed and also small mattresses at the living room. 2parking provided, also more parking outside the property. nice view. the price was vry affordable.
There was some room issue when we arrived there, but the owner try to solved it asap. great service. hope the issue not happen again to other people.
there’s no stove, have the electric one but can not use. the tv also only one channel can watch. no tissue provided.
