We loved this property. Location is stunning. But it is so much more than that. This property is so beautifully renovated, and so tastefully decorated. It has everything you could need. We loved the bikes, spent time by the pool and used all the kit. They have thought of everything. We hope to be staying again in March.

Rex has a beautiful home. When you walk in it is so spacious. Everything was clean and had a place. We usually travel with a tub of things we need because the stuff in the kitchen is old, and should be replaced, or just nasty. They had all the things and some things we never thought of. The pool was wonderful and the covered deck worked well for my husband, who reads a lot of books while on vacation. Thank you Rex for the use of your home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet home so close to the ocean- just amazing! We rode bikes to mini golf, walked to the beach day and night, relaxed in the pool and enjoyed coffee on the front porch. A peaceful and lovely stay. Thank you for having us!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The four of us were so happy when we walked in and saw how updated and beautiful the property was. We are a little familiar with the area as we have family a few blocks away, so the location was perfect. It's literally a few steps to the beach! We all loved the pool. In fact, we only went to the beach once because we just wanted to stay and hang out in the back yard. Loved sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs. The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything imaginable, and then some. Whatever was in the stain remover bottle worked great! There were even fresh ice cubes waiting for us too. There wasn't anything missing - they thought of it all. Already looking forward to our next visit - we will definitely stay here again!

This home is our top choice for a weekend at the beach. Stylish, clean, well appointed and comfortable, it’s just two doors down from the beach. And the property owners are responsive, warm and welcoming. Highly recommended. You will enjoy your stay.

This house was great for our girls trip! Great location- quick walk to bars and the beach! Only thing I found slightly frustrating is the description states that the pool is heated. It's only heated if you pay an additional fee. Other than that the house was great!

This property is exceptional. The best rental we’ve experienced booking on VRBO. The owner and property manager were both very attentive to our needs and responded within minutes of our request to update our reservation. The location is ideal, and truly steps from the beach. The house has everything you could ever need, and it smells like a 5 star hotel. We were thrilled with our time at this vacation rental!

This house is our favorite place to stay in Saint Augustine Beach. It's updated, modern, well-maintained and comfy. It's just steps from the beach. It boasts a pool with an outdoor shower and a covered back patio/deck where we often eat outside--burrito bowls from Taco Shop and custom smoothies from Stir it Up, the cafe at the surf shop just a short walk away.

Property managers were in constant communication and easy to talk to. Very pleasant stay in this quant 2 bed/ 2 bath house that has everything you need including a salt water pool. So close to the beach and 2 restaurants are close by. We came for the beach, but also a concert at the amphitheater. And it was easy access to that as well.

Beautiful, perfectly organized, everything we could ask for! The restaurant recommendations were amazing! We enjoyed looking through several of the books while we waited out a pop up rain shower.The owner’s thoughtful approach to every detail made for a relaxing getaway!

This modern, comfy, well-maintained, well-supplied, recently updated pool home is located just feet from the beach. It is super clean, tidy and orderly. Its manager-owners are professional, attentive, responsive, and helpful. We live in Gainesville and have vacationed in St. Augustine for decades. This is our favorite beach vacation home. We have stayed here more than 10 times, and our accommodations and our interaction with the manager-owners have always been excellent. We also enjoy the positive, fun energy of the neighborhood and the convenience of nearby beach access, restaurants and shops.

This was our 3rd trip to this property, and it did not disappoint. The new owners have made some recent changes (including new furniture), and all of the little touches make this feel like home away from home. This house is in the perfect location to walk to the beach or walk to grab a bite to eat. Despite it being on a busy street, the backyard is a perfect, quite place to relax or take a dip in the pool.

Absolutely loved the location! Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee and the beach! The back yard is a tropical oasis; my boys loved playing in the pool! So many extra amenities that made the stay even better! It was hard to leave the lifestyle this beach house offered!

The house has new owners this year and they have made some changes. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in to new, beautiful living room furniture and decor. There is new small appliances in the kitchen which we used everyday. They have added other accessories in the kitchen which makes for some nice dining. My favorite is the new deck furniture out back by the pool. The pool cabana also was freshened up with a new coat of paint. We are looking forward to our next years stay on A Street! J

I'll add my praise, echoing previous reviews of this charming place. It is immaculate, tastefully decorated, has everything you need (but not at all cluttered). The location is great--just steps from the beach, and good restaurants within walking distance. The owners do a nice job of selectively providing sightseeing options, eating places, other helpful information about the area. As others have mentioned, A St is a busy route for beachgoers and it IS fun to people watch from the comfort of the front porch chairs. The location might be too much for we introverts if it weren't for the wonderful private escape to the back yard with great pool and patio. Best of both worlds; It is five star in every respect.

The property is exactly as advertised. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was, but was still a little chilly. I texted the property manager and she showed up within the hour and turned up the pool heat. Everything was well stocked. The only down side is that my husband and I prefer a firm mattress. The bed mattresses were extremely soft.
