Staff are very polite and helpful, the bed is really nice, plenty of space in room and bathroom, definitely will come back again.

Very nice apartment hotel close to many restaurants and amenities. Staff were very kind and greeted us when we arrived and when we left. It is very close to the JR and local lines which offer easy commuting to other parts of Tokyo

Great for families

An excellent choice of stay for families with young children. Hotel provided some toys/games for rental to keep kids occupied. The small kitchen was well stocked with right amount of cutlery and utensils. Toilet floor was non-slip and whole toilet was in clean condition. Doors to toilet had soft closing so it wasn’t noisy when we used at night or kids slam the door. Only issue I had was the pillows became very flat after sleeping for a while , luckily I had my travel neck pillow with me to prop it up. I would recommend it!

The pillow is too soft and the mattress is too hard.

The rooms were quite spacious for being right in Tokyo, the staff were immediately friendly and welcoming, with service available in multiple languages. The location was close to shopping and transportation.

The hotel is conviniently located with easy commute to both JR line and Tokyo Metro. The only minor downside is that it can be a bit noisy in the middle of the night due to nearby clubs

This is one of my favorite hotel apartments in Tokyo. It suits big family with young children. The staffs are amazing with no barriers to communicate with them. They are very helpful and polite and the manager did help me a lot to solve some problems. The room is spacious and the surrounding is convenient for shopping and not that busy compared with other area. You won’t regret to choose Mimaru Kinshicho as your place to stay in Tokyo.

Excellent for families. We were comfortable with 3 young kids. Attentive and helpful staff. Great facilities in the rooms and extras to borrow from front desk. The close proximity to shops/supermarkets was very handy when combined with the kitchen and cooking equipment in our room. Short walk to JR line and subway. Can’t fault it. We’ll be back again next time we come to Japan.

5min walk from the train station with lots of shopping and eating options nearby. Train station has a direct line from Narita Airport. Staff is friendly, helpful, and they speak English. There are a few bars in the area but it still feels safe. The only downside would be if you're a light sleeper. You can hear sirens and street noise from the room. It wasn't a problem for us because we were so tired, once we fell asleep we didn’t hear anything. Room was clean and spacious and perfect for a family of 4. Loved having a little kitchen area. Perfect for those nights we needed a rest and would grab take out for dinner.

Spacious, clean and convenient for a family of 5. It is close to the train station, groceries and bus to Disneyland. The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. A special shout out to Kumi who sent a lovely card and gift to our son for his birthday. Highly recommend this place for family accommodation in Tokyo.

This hotel provided a truly perfect stay experience. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and all facilities were well-maintained. The room size was also more than sufficient for accommodating four people without any inconvenience. The location near Kinshicho Station made it very convenient to get around. The hotel staff's service was excellent; they were friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any requests or inquiries. Additionally, having everything (cleansing oil, lotion, robes, towels, etc.) prepared in the lobby made it very convenient to use as needed. If I were to visit Tokyo again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again without a doubt."

Hotel was fantastic. Clean, spacious, and a great location very near the train station... a five minute walk. And a lawsons, basically right outside.

The reception team is so friendly and they speak very well English. They're very helpful as well. Love the concept of saving the earth. They also provide free rental of many different items including Instax which my girl and I enjoyed very much! Tq Mimaru Kinshicho team. You guys rock!

Superb location. Lawson and family mart just beside hotel. Kinshicho station is 3mins walk. For Disneyland goers, look out for the direct bus (cost 800 Yen) located just outside parco (3 mins walk too) Fast convenient direct bus to the park. I will give 10/10 for this hotel.

We love the room in general, service/staff was great.

The room was even nicer and more spacious than the photos suggested. The amenities on property were accessible and easy to use, and the staff consistently went above and beyond for the duration of our stay. The location of this hotel is ideal for travel to Tokyo, being a very short walk from Kinshichō station, which gives direct access to basically every other tourist hotspot in the city via train. Nearby Sarue Park is a delightful bit of nature that isn’t anywhere near as crowded as other larger parks (e.g. Ueno Park), and every single convenience store chain is available extremely close by. There are also numerous shopping and dining opportunities in the area, and a bar across the street that seemed quite popular. The only downsides are that there is a hospital somewhat nearby, so sirens and speakers sometimes happen at odd hours, and for some of the nights we were there, we had to listen to loud drunks leaving the bar at late hours. Still, this did not dampen our experience in the slightest. When we return to Japan again, we hope to be able to stay here. It was a delight. Almost everyone on the staff that I interacted with spoke fluent English, and they were all exceptionally accommodating.

Our stay was great. Check in was smooth and the rate was the same as was quoted on expedia. The receptionists spoke english and was welcoming. Its very close to the Kinshicho station so it was easy to get where we needed to go around Tokyo. Rooms were clean and there was an AC unit in each room. Down side is that it seems like all the irons were rented out so we couldnt iron our clothes during our stay, another is that the auto deotorizer in the bathroom has a odd smell. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future.

Really appreciate the front desk staff, super friendly and very helpful. They were also very responsive to online messages, and helped us throughout the luggage shipping process across hotels. Only issue was at night, the neighbouring areas get very noisy (motorbikes revving, people yelling, etc). I noticed from my room, most noise came through this one small vent, so this could probably be fixed by blocking said vent.

The hotel room was nice with kitchen and roominess. We enjoyed it being so close to a major subway station, 24 hr large grocery store, relatively easy access to many sights around Tokyo and pretty cheap (for Tokyo) overnight car parking. However, the hotel is close to a major intersection so the noise was loud 24 hours. We had to us ear plugs but you could still hear traffic and ambulances all night. Also, it seemed like something was wrong with the toilet. It would constantly stink up the room, and we had to air out the room after retuning each night. We brought this up to the front desk, but it didn't get fixed.
