Amazing.

Easy and quick check-in process. Welcoming front desk staff who supported our needs during the stay. Particularly Zafran, who checked in often and ensured we were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, we thank Reza for his hard work. Tandu (Tandoo?) from housekeeping did an excellent cleaning job. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. We will be staying again inshallah.

Excellent location, right across the Haram, on the Quba street, and restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful and courteous, chech in was smooth, easy, and pleasant. Breakfast was ok - needs attention to the fresshness of the available options e.g. bread/nan was cold hence rock hard to chew - it must have been fresh but not properly stored.

10min walk to the ladies area of mosque. Room was very clean. Abdulla and Kabir cared for our room on the 8th floor, very attentive and receptive. Zafran was very helpful and attended to all aspects of our needs with respect to the hotel facility. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Lots of options. Will definitely stay here again

Very close to Masjid-e-Nawabi and overall a beautiful hotel. Very surprising it is not 5 stars as thats how good my experience was. Staff, cleanliness, service, everything was perfect & helped out in everything we needed

I had another brilliant stay at Elaf Al Taqwa during my recent visit to Madinah—my third time here, and it was as fantastic as ever. The evening atmosphere was particularly lovely, adding to the serene experience of being in this holy city. The staff, as always, were exceptional, with a special mention to Thandu Ali from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was spotless and comfortable. The room service was prompt and satisfying, making the stay even more enjoyable. I've already booked my next stay, and I'm looking forward to another great experience. Highly recommended!

Staff are very welcome, kind, and pleasant

I will give full marks to the Hotel. The location is very nice. Nowadays google maps shows everything very clearly. There are hotels on all sides of the mosque. You will have to walk in any case where you stay. This hotel is I would say on the front side of the mosque so you have to walk up to the line of the Imam. The rooms are nice.

Staff are super nice and friendly. Very close to the Prophet’s mosque. Clean and well furnished.

The hotel was really good, we enjoyed our stay and the staff are super friendly. The Executive room was spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so much varieties. It's only 5 min walking to the Haram. I Highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Haram in Madina.

Amazing location generally, bit of a walk to female mosque entrances but a minute walk from the courtyard. Really presentable and supportive staff. Room and hotel aesthetic is dated, but it was clean which is the most important.

I was very satisfied if my staying time at Elaf Al Taqwa. Samaher at the reception was just amazing. She welcomed me with a warm manner. I felt like I’m just arriving to my relatives home. Lama at the reception as well was very welcoming,calling every day and asking if there is anything she can help with. Muhhamed Yasmin is just a lovely cleaner. Very respectful and helpful.

It was a comfortable yet slightly disappointing stay. We booked an executive room stay and the benefits were appealing such as lounge access for complimentary food and beverage. However when we arrived we found this to be untrue. I would highly suggest the hotel to improve the benefits for executive floor customers and for the time being new customers to stick with the normal options as they are as good as the executive floor. Breakfast was nice yet a little disappointing. There was no baked beans and they charge you for fresh juice which is unnecessary. Pancakes are not fresh and get cold quickly in the container they leave it in. Eggs were nice. View from the room was nice

In this trip I stayed at 5 different hotels. Elaf was probably the best stay in any of the hotels. I wanted to stay a 3rd night but the 2 bedroom was not available and the room with 3 beds was too expensive for me. Location is very nice and service is excellent. They do speak English however every time I asked for regular tea, they would send lots f water bottles to my room. This hotel would be my first reference when staying in Makkah. Unlike larger hotels where you have to stand in line for the elevator for long time, there were never lines at the elevator. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming from the USA. They also have free Arabic coffee and dates at the checking counter during most of the day The staff which took my luggage is also very friendly and nice and really took care of my stuff

Stayed at the above hotel a week back. Absolutely wonderful experience. Was allowed to checking earlier than the normal time. It was amazing from the time we arrived till the time we checked out. They all made sure we were comfortable and constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything. House keeping staff (Md Yasin & Parvez) were very polite and excellent in their service. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again soon.
