Very friendly welcome, extremely comfortable bed, shared bathroom. Would definitely stay again 🙂

Convenient and quiet location, near enough to the city but near lovely countryside.

The only available parking was some distance from the house so would be difficult for a disabled person.

The room was immaculate very well presented and everything was cosy and clean as you would want at home. Perfect location aswell right near woodland duck Park. Great for couples and solo travellers like myself. Would definelty stay again top marks. Gary

Nothing, had to park car 20 metres away which wasn't really a problem for me.

Comfortable bed, quiet location and nice little tea/coffee box provided in the room.

Communication was great and the owners were very understanding of my request

As a lone traveller I didn't like the fact that I wasn't greeted, and there were other people in the house that I had not been introduced to.

The welcome pack tea coffee toiletries warm reception from landlady made me a cup of tea allowed to bring food to Ur room plenty of places to eat within walking distance decent chippy top of road on corner pizza place cafes get breakfast woodland area can walk too wanting some fresh air overall good value cheaper then staying in commercial hotels first time here need somewhere cheap accommodation give it a go

No TV WiFi watch on mobile bed was uncomfortable needs a firmer mattress woke up aching back shared bathroom room was next to it woken up few times guests or landlady using it cleaning it bathroom door opening shutting lack of communication after first day landlady made no effort to ask as a guest everything ok which I did find bit inconsiderate paying guest so maybe in future that could be a improvement guests suppose to feel welcome after the first day no more contact so hospitality wise was poor accommodation basic stayed in better places cheaper ensuite bathroom as well

Really friendly welcome and helpful from arrival to departure. Kept informed of details at all times and a comfortable and quiet room and setting. And a terrific bacon sandwich before I left! Really good stay.

The location itself was close to work and hence convenient for me. The room was alright, facilities basic but very clean. The accommodation is brand new on the market.

The description on the the website should mention that the house in down a fairly steep hill and the rooms are on the first floor. And there is no parking next to the house. Not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. The room is fairly tight, especially with a double bed in it. The name implies Woodland but the reality is that the house is a modern house in a tightly packed new residential development , with two motorways no further away than a mile away and no woodland nearby or in sight. No welcome pack or information about local places to get food, a drink etc.
