Comfortable and very beautiful cabin

The cabin is well maintained and had lots of space for our family to spread out. We had some issues with the AC as it was hot inside on the main floor. It really never got "cold" on that floor and the TV did not work after the first day. There were plenty of other TVs to watch though as we spent most of our time downstairs in the playroom (which was very cold). It was a perfect place for us to hang out and just relax. We would definitely come back despite the few issues.

This home is wonderful. We had a large family get together and it was so spacious for all us. There was a slight hiccup with the air conditioning (nobodys fault) but the owner was so easy to communicate with and helped us immediately. I reccomend this place highly and you may even get to see a bear outside like we did!!

This was a perfect location to get a large family together, absolutely great house, loved everything about it.

Amazing service and cabin

We brought our church youth group of 13. Everything was amazing!! The cabin was beautiful. There was lots of room for everyone! Had everything we needed that we forgot. The beds were very comfortable. The house had everything you needed for your stay. I highly recommend you stay. The owner was very helpful, he responded very fast to every message. The hot tub was a huge hit!! Lots of games for the kids to play!! We had an amazing time!! We will book again!!

We enjoyed everything

The house was great. The responsiveness and the cabin rental company were not. We did not have properly functioning air conditioner during our four night, five day stay. It was not a little warm. Try the units were reading 80* with all the fans on. In July. In 90*+ temperatures. We immediately reached out to Justin (who may exist, but the messages are monitored and answered by several individuals in a customer service center outside the US) who was responsive, but gave conflicting information. We were incredibly reasonable and patient. However, I ended up spending a large portion of my vacation micromanaging the service (note, not repair) of the AC units. I first started with the messaging, then I moved to calling the cabin rental company (Aveda). After multiple calls and long conversations, on the last day of our trip, I spoke to the manager, who was lovely and did everything she could to make it right (small refund, brining multiple fans). Please note, we were without any attempts to make us comfortable (such as a portable fan) for three days. Nothing hospitable was done to even attempt to make us more comfortable. Nothing beyond “thanks for being patient”. For three full days after we immediately notified them of the issue upon our check-in. I am not a “negative reviewer,” in fact, I rarely leave reviews (if ever). The house would have been great l, had we been able to enjoy it. The service would have been great, if nothing had been wrong.
