Perfect location. Amazing breakfast. Nice rooms.

Hard pillows. Seaview of my room was only from the side. Jacuzzi was cold. Same for steam bath. Little pricey.

يعتبر من أفضل الفنادق بمدينة أملج الموقع جدا رائع على شاطئ البحر مباشرة غرف وممرات الفندق واسعة النظافة عنوان لكل مرافق الفندق الجلسات داخل وخارج الفندق المطلة مباشرة على الشاطئ تنوع طعام الإفطار توفر مواقف السيارات مجاناً

اقمت ليلة من افضل الليالي فندق جميل والاجمل موظفة الاستقبال (نوف المرواني) حسن استقبال واسلوب وتعامل واخلاق صدق هذي الموظفه اللي تحبب الزائر بالفندق

الفندق فاخر ومميز على شاطئ البحر الأحمر الطاقم جميعهم رائعون ومتعاونون ومؤدبون المرافق نظيفة جدا المطعم والكوفي والحلا فاخرة جدا وعلى مدار 24 ساعة المسبح نظيف الشاطئ نظيف

The receptionist staff were very welcoming and helpful

Restaurant opened at 7.30 pm so had to have room service which was very good

Great Location, actually on the beach, large room, great breakfast selection, ate out on the patio, waves gently moving in the back ground.

Theer was no place to charge computer on the desk in the room, large desk no sockets! The chairs and tables in the restaurant are not working ergonomically together, chairs so low, you ended eating with your elbows above your shoulders, although the aluminum tables and chairs on the patio were great, so moved breakfast outside.

The internet connection was in some rooms not available due to technical difficulties. But the hotel tried their best to fix it and did in the end.

Very good showers, great staff. A misunderstanding was quickly resolved in a very professional way. Direct beach access.

Maybe a bit more consistency in housekeeping - i.e. 2 of everything when there are 2 guests, but that‘s only a tiny detail.

I like the staff, they are so friendly, helpful and smiling I will be back for sure
