- Spacious apartment - Walkable distance to/from Burnham and Session road - Internet connection is reasonably fast - We got complementary drinks, fruits and toiletries

- There is a faint, bad smell at the entrance, we tried to cover it with some spray and perfume. - Bathroom on the first floor is very small so taking a shower is difficult with the toilet inside. Second bathroom is reasonably large. - There is no water on Sunday and this extends until Monday noon. Host did not disclose this to us knowing that it is day before Christmas. We have to solve the issue by purchasing gallons of water from the nearby water station and occasionally getting water from the toilet downstairs when water pump is weak. Rest of our stay was ok. - Host was unreachable when we had water issue. We contacted the host since morning and received only a reply in the evening when we already found a way to solve the issue. This is something the host should improve on. You should not be accepting guests if you are not able to assist or you should fully disclose issues if they are recurring or give a heads up if you would be away.

It had 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms although second BR very small. Contact less check in. Laundry facility next building. Unit on 5th floor but had elevator. House cleaner very helpful.

Lost WIFI last 2 days of stay, asked to find another place to stay and to vacate in 2 hours. Host not very personable. Road to building very steep, not good for people who have difficulty walking.

I like the unit. Complete tools in kitchen and rooms.

The rooms were as displayed in the pictures. The place has cleaning items such as garbage bags and dishwashing soap to keep the place clean. The place is conveniently near a small grocery store and a water refilling station.

Overall, the rooms and the place were clean. But the bathroom's glass doors still had hair from previous guests. There's also a faint smell of old cabinets and cockroaches in the kitchen. And all the small fans are still dirty with dust. Also, the showers on both floors have low water pressure.
