Dominique was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Also gave great recommendations on restaurants. Lovely breakfast. Location was very convenient. Would choose again if I came back to Carcassone

In my opinion, it is overpriced as a 5 stars hotel costs the same.

We had a wonderful time Villa Carcassonne. The host Dominic was amazing. On the way over, he accommodated my request to have a room change. He served a very nice breakfast and made reservations for us at a great restaurant for dinner. The room was nice and comfortable. We had plenty of onsite parking.

There was no front desk or laundry. The facility is ok but certainly not excellent.

Perfect location walking distance to castle and great restaurants. Juliette and her daughter are gracious hosts. Juliette provides a nice breakfast each morning and speaks good English, which is helpful since we’re struggling with French.

We were greeted by Juliette’s delightful daughter who speaks little or no English but showed us to our room. The room, in an outbuilding, was cute and comfortable but without A/C (the main house has A/C). Next morning, Juliette served a nice breakfast and stayed to chat with the guests. Some of the rooms have views of the castle.

Juliet, the property manager, was great. Great breakfast, clean rooms and very close to the castle and restaurants. I highly recommend.
