It's located in a central part of Almeria.

We were let in remotely, almost empty building. As traveling with my daughter we were anxious about the remote access to our room. There was such little soundproofing that it felt like next door were in our apartment. A baby crying at 4 am kept us awake and we couldn't lie in as the blinds were broken so no catch up possible. No iron!!! So annoying because I really needed one and would have brought one. We were fair in asking for 5 nights out of 7 to be refunded but they refused. Fair enough if we left without good reason but we left for very good reasons.

Location was great. Apartment was clean and tidy. The person who I spoke with on the phone to get into the apartment was extremely nice and very helpful.

Kitchen needs a larger kettle, microwave, mugs, glasses, teaspoons. Saucepan needs handle replaced. Need a kitchen bowl or a plug for the sink for washing up. Need to.provide more washing up liquid. Bathroom smells bad. Feathers coming out of sofa cushions dig in so make sitting on the very low sofa seat uncomfortable. Need to put covers on them Need a cover for the duvet. It's unhygienic. Need extra pillows. Matress is extremely soft so not good for bad backs - a topper would help.

The location couldn’t have been any better. Right in the middle of the city centre, with restaurants, the main shopping street, the cathedral and the Alcazaba literally all within 5 min walking. It’s really convenient.

- Bed is way too soft: for anyone who has back pain I don’t recommend it as it doesn’t give any support - On our first evening I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Can happen I guess, the appartment looked clean but it didn’t make me feel very good about staying there - Don’t think about taking a long shower (or showering 2 persons one after the other) because you will run out of hot water. You have hot water for 15 min - Soap, shampoo provided are tiny and only sufficient for 1 night stay. They don’t give you more even if you stay longer than that. We asked for a replacement and they told us that these things are only provided for one night. - No one comes to clean the appartment during your stay. Which would have been fine, only if they wouldn’t have charged us 10eur extra per night for bringing a dog. Why charge by the day if you don’t clean every day? - the fridge doesn’t get cold, even on the highest setting - no presence at reception whatsoever. The whole process, from entering the appartment to check out was done remotely by phone/whatsapp. They do react almost immediately if you contact them It’s a pity because the appartment would have been great if the above points would have been addressed. I saw some other reviews complaining about the same things, so it seems not much is being done about it.

They provided everything that I needed and it was very clean, comfortable and spacious

A modern large airy apartment in the centre of the old town. All the main attractions were just a short walk. The city's most famous tapa bar Casa Pugo is located just 2 min up the street. I would recommend parking your car in the underground carpark ( max charge €17.60 per 24 hrs) located at San Predo Square a 2 min walk from the apartment. This is probably the closest you can park, as the majority of the streets in the old town are predestined. A lovely living room with a huge couch, fast WiFi and flat screen TV. Easy communication with host, access to the building over the phone where all the doors are electronically controlled. I would recommend anyone visiting Almeria to consider this apartment.

There was a lack of kitchen utensils and coffee/tea cups.

The apartment is very well located. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The manager and the staff were all the times available to help wherever you needed them, specially Mrs Carmen. I recommend this beautiful apartment closer to the centre of Almeria.

I meet Carmen during the check in and she’s amazing. very kind and helpful. The location is great just in the heart of the historicity. The studio apartment was very clean modern and cozy but disappointing in terms of quality!

I had a quite long stay and I got studio number four on the first floor. There's a big uncovered roof window on the apartment, so starting with sun rise until the sunset there's light in the place! There's a small window above the door of the apartment so each time one of the guests passed the automatic light will turn on! and it woke me up many times! There's no isolation in the building so there was often noises from the second floor and neighboring apartments. So basically I couldn't sleep well or have rest during my stay!

Location was great. Apartment very modern- had everything we needed. Accepted our dog. Allowed early check in due to our plans of an early drop off at airport. Very good price.

Well- the directions were not very clear- we found it hard to find on arrival and then had to get a taxi driver involved on way back from being out! Checking in online seem to cause the problem as we are not spanish nationals. Also god knows how we would have found place if we didnt speak Spanish...

Access process was a bit awkward, having to make calls and wait for doors to be opened remotely. Might benefit from a simpler key system.

Very poor WiFi Connection, this was not fixed after complain. Everything was equipped only with the super necessary things.

Everything perfectly

Beautiful, spacious, modern apartment within walking distance of everything. Incredibly helpful staff that goes beyond to help. Parking lot around the corner.

Good; spacious, clean, new development in walking distantce of historic sites, shops and bars. Early check in was possible free of charge. Not so good; soundproofing, you can hear the neighbours cough, talk and watch tv. The main door slams which resonates through the entire building. Kitchen is poorly equipped. No mugs, wineglasses, proper cutting knife, scissors, dishwasher etc No basic cleaning equipment or products (duster and pan, broom,garbage bags,washing up liquid -more than 1 single serving- teatowelsetc) There was a washingmachine tho. The lighting and decoration gives it bit of a sterile, showroom like vibe. Building materials used seem the cheaper sort. The mentioned terrace is a balcony that looks onto a patio where the neighbours hang their wash to dry. The matrimonioal bed already seemed like there was a pit in it as we rolled towards eachother.. All in all, lot to improve if you want to charge 185 a night.
