My bed was single instead of double

It's convenience to where I wanted to go that evening.

No towels provided and I didn't bring any for an overnight stay. I would have expected at least a hand towel. No hot water in the shared bathroom. I ran the tap for ages even at 6am, nothing. The light fitting in my bedroom had the cover missing exposing the wires. I suppose you get what you pay for but I won't be going back.

The owner was handy in providing information and guidance about all my questions and helped in finding a taxi to the airport.

1) No heating in room after a number of calls the heating was finally switched on by the Host’s app. 2) In the morning no heating, tried to call host, no reply, no heating. 3) The towels were still wet and could not be used. Host advised to put on radiator so the next day it would be available. 6) Kitchen stools stained and upholstery badly torn- photo attached 7) Draws missing in kitchen cupboards -photo attached 8) Bathroom old hanger rail and curtain dumped on floor -photo attached 9) Excessive Laundry hand on banister -photo attached 10) No light shade in bedroom photo attached -photo attached 12) Broken glass in fridge -photo attached

Nothing, I didn't spend more than 10minut because of the nature of the place, very untidy, no values for money and staff unapproachable, only speak with you on the phone, because they felt you can do absolutely nothing.

The Bed had a Great sleep.

The Area. No light in Room 1 to put on. Had Black tape over the Light switch not to use. The kitchen Lights snd power went off after 1 minute when boiled a small kettle of water. No Plug in the Bathroom downstairs in the sink. No Toilet roll in the Bathroom downstairs. No towel in the Bathrom downstairs. Went upstairs to bathroom upstairs and robbed the bath plug for the sink just too have a wash and shave. Did not even think about a shower or bath. No towels or soap , nothing it said in the email. I would not reccomend woman go there on tbere own after dark at night like i did. Mile from any Bus stop. Need a light at the Keyholder as well. It was a nightmare to find. £48 compared to £18 hostel in Glasgow was 5 star.

I have travelled many places in the area, great host, clean place would love to come back

It was very very unclean, very dusty, dirty bedding and furniture, paint on everything, no carpet on stairs, tools and allsorts of stuff scattered allover kitchen worktop, mouldy food in the fridge made it stink.

Very friendly and responsive hosts.

House is currently being renovated so few minor things that weren’t expected. Owners were apologetic and still had a positive experience.

Didn't have breakfast

Cleanliness . The house had a bad smell to it and was very cold. It was dirty ( so dirty i wouldn't take a shower there as the bathroom is filthy. No carpet on the floor except the small bedroom. The view into the garden you show is not your garden its next door. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Family home with two cute young boys and parents. Bed was soft and comfy. 5 minutes away from nearest bus to town.
