Location was alright, quite easily reached via the Elizabeth line. Not staying in North Acton again though but it was one of the few options for 8 people / 4 bedrooms left.

There are holes in the wall and floor at the bottom of the stairs, behind the toilet in the main bathroom, missing skirting boards exposing the inner walls. The rats were having the time of their life running up and down. We then located a rat trap (glue board full of hair / fur) placed under the infant cot we hired. After making complaints and going to our bank to dispute the transaction (as we didn't receive the service we had booked, Booking.com deleted all messages around the problem trying to wipe evidence.

The location was perfect for getting into Central London via the Elizabeth Line. Most of the beds were comfortable exception was sofa bed. The kitchen facilities were ok but there were some problems. The flat was warm and they provided plenty of cleaning products there were two cupboards full, and an excess of toilet rolls we counted 83

There were lots of minor irritations such as no plug or washing up bowl in the kitchen sink, which made washing up difficult, no plug in bathroom sink, toaster did not work, coffee machine leaked. The property has 8 beds but only 4 chairs around a small table, difficult to have a meal together for the 5 of us, we did find another chair in one of the bedrooms that we had to use. Sadly the flat is in need of a lot of tlc as there are areas of peeling paint, holes in skirting boards, broken tiles in the bathroom, badly worn bath, damaged flooring in the only living area, no sink in the separate toilet, a plug socket that didn't work and a lack of mirrors in bedrooms. Wardrobes look like they are industrial cabinets as the are green metal. Bedding for sofa bed was hidden even though we had requested it.

We were 8 people in the property and I specifically searched and selected a property with at least 2 bathrooms. While this property advertised 2 bathrooms it was actually only 1.5 bathrooms. One of them is only a toilet. Also, the toilet does not have a wash basin. This was a let down

It was a good size, location was good to get to central london. Good value.

1. It was noisy - you could hear the railway at night- which was a little annoying at times. 2. Apartment is tired in places - ripped Lino under sofa for example. 3. Some utensils in kitchen not functioning - ie corkscrew is broken, no plug for sink in the kitchen, no proper lid for the bin in the kitchen. 4. I also found a pubic hair on the shower head which was not pleasant!

the apartment was above my expectations. Very good! And I had no issues with parking....

Another provider let us down at the last minute. Not being from London I was wary of something so affordable and far from the centre. I was so impressed. Clean, safe and more than value for money. Excellent transport links and safe parking over the weekend
