Breakfast good. Hotel ambience nice

Room rates are pricey.. 😉😉

Staff were pleasant and courteous. Facilities were good and everything was clean. Location was perfect as it is right next to a tube station.

There was rooftop plant right outside my room window which was quite noisy and running 24/7. I appreciate that this is unavoidable as it has to go somewhere, but it could be mitigated by using secondary glazing or a screen of some sort for sound proofing. I was travelling for business and only in the room to sleep, and this was a big disruption.

The hotel was very comfortable, staff were helpful.

My room was was too noisy

Skvělý personál. Všichni milí a nápomocní. V DoubleTree vědí jak to dělat! Nejlepší věc v hotelu byla snídaně. Velký výběr a kvalitní suroviny. Skvělé udělaná Anglická snídaně. Fazole byly mňam 👌. Automat na palačinky jsem nikdy dříve neviděl.

Menší pokoje než například v Dubaji, ale to se v Londýně dá čekat 🙂. Jediné co chybělo k dokonalosti byla vana.

The room was much smaller than expected

Wasn't too hot or cold.

- Black mould growing in shower - Paint peeling off bathroom ceiling - Cracked sink - Part of shower was broken and dangling, exposing mouldy black grout on the wall. - Previous occupants black hairs across the bed - Woman walked in on me after being given the same room. Then when resolved, my key stopped working and had to get a new one. Manager did give a 'drink token' as a result of this but because of my religion I don't drink anyway sadly. ~ in conclusion did not feel worth £200+ sadly

Сподобалось, що готель розташований близько до метро, було зручно переміщатись. Сніданки були смачні, ліжко зручне. В готелі чисто.

За вікном нашого номера на криші працювали кондиціонери, які створювали шум. Він був не постійний, але, ввечері, коли повертались в готель та хотілось тиші, шум цей заважав. Розміри ванної кімнати і сам номер дуже невеликі.

Convenient and comfortable

Ottimo Hotel , personale gentilissimo , camere pulite e spaziose con tutti i confort , la posizione dell'ìhotel è ottima per spostarsi in Londra con i mezzi , se raggiungi Londra in auto hai a disposizione un ampio parcheggio con la ricarica per le auto elettriche . La colazione buona , le mie figlie si aspettavano qualcosa di più nel salato , ma in compenso ricca di tutto .

The breakfast was good, there were a very good selection of foods, housekeeping did their best.

The room was tiny, draft from the windows when closed was somewhat unbearable, room was so cold and the thermostat didn’t work it was like it was painted on. Holes in the carpet and. Lights that didn’t work, but paid a premium price for the room.

Room was very comfortable with nice thin quilts and windows you could open ! Good choice for breakfast and staff very helpful. No complaints whatsoever

The location was a little far out from central London but only four minute walk from Ealing common tube

Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Staff at breakfast could not have been more helpful and Roshan who served us dinner was wonderful.

The man who checked us in was rude and brusque

First room looked as though bed sheets were not changed, just re-straightened. Long blonde hairs, mysterious dark oily stains on sheets, clear stains on pillow cases. Water bottles had broken seals and looks as though already used. Dark fluff as though from sock fluff in bed. Requested room move, second room I was moved to had curly dark hairs within the bed sheets once duvet cover pulled back. I had to place dry towels on the bed and sleep on top of the duvet - not in the bed as was too creeped out. It was already past 11pm so couldn't be bothered with yet another room move. Shower head almost impossible to move up the pole from its low position. Shower had no full enclosure so even with a bath mat on floor shower splashed out from bathroom onto room area and under the bathroom door.

I was informed that the parking and break ins of vehicles was bad in the secure park. Being informed of this played on my mind all evening and in fairness had I have known, I would have maybe not chosen the hotel or used public transport.

Checked in early because the room was ready. Process on check in was a little slow but the staff were very friendly.

On arrival, the room was very small and had an unpleasant smell but it seems to have disappeared by the end of the day. As the hotel held the wake for my aunt's the following day, my cousins came to have a meal at the hotel. I was very disappointed with the Burger considering the price. It was not worth the money at all. The breakfast was very disappointing as well, the Scrambled eggs were runny and tasteless. I think the problem is in the kitchen. I had the continental the next day which was OK but made the two breakfasts extremely expensive. Summing up the food was awful and very expensive. Shame.....
