The price was quite good for London area to be paid but from pictures i thought it would be cleaner. It was not clean and we also waited on the room to be cleaned like an hour, but what did they cleaned?

We arived around 12:00 am. I chated with the hotel before hand about our early arriving time. and i did re-comfirm the new arrival at 10 am. So i was pretty happy that our room will be cleaned. The receptionist said that he did not get the message and we will have to wait until 13:00. Okay no big deal but when we arrived at the hotel room i dont know what for them means clean but it was not. There was also just a left piece of toilete paper and every day my boyfriend had to get one roll for us. Everything was destroyed, there were stains on the carpet and it felt weird to be walking there. Our doors of the room could not be locked but it was alright. We had a luck that we didnt stay at the hotel all day. We love london and had a fun days.

Location and a helpful receptionist. 10-15 minutes walking distance to the underground, bus stop just outside the hotel. Shops, restaurants around the corner.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly. The shower handle was broken! Had to ask to empty the bins! No room service on a daily basis. Reception open between 9am to 9pm only... Definitely not a 3* hotel.

Dirty mugs in the room, litter under the bed, room wasn't ready even though we got there at 8pm, someone came into our room in the morning without knocking.

Very frendly and helpful staff

I was not satisfied with my rooms cleanliness. There where alot of stains on the furnitures and the walls aswell. If the place get a big clean up then there’s potential for the buisness without a doubt.

Beds were fairly comfortable. Bus stop just across the road. Staff were accommodating of our check in time.

The bathroom was dirty, the flush wasn't working and despite our request to get it fixed it wasn't. The lighting was very poor and there was no AC.

Nothing, a very dirty hotel, Mosquitoes, no shower gel, the phone doesn't work of u have emergency, floor dirty. Disappointed.

The area itself was nice. It's about a 10 minute walk from Acton Town station.

Everything was very dirty, The floor and the bathrooms. The room wasn't cleaned for a week, and the towels were not replaced.

It was filthy, not cleaned at all, vomit stains on walls, mice poop everywhere, foul smell, stained matrasses, the door to the bathroom was blocked by the bed, overall worst time I ever had.

The hotel is approximately 12 minutes (on foot) from the underground station. The window is capable of opening and the room was clean.

Although I booked the room for 5 nights, they only gave me 1 toilet paper. Additionally, the room had only a tiny shower gel ( the kind of samples they give at supermarkets). There was no hand soap, or even a green soap, just this sample for 5 days.

The location of the hotel was very good, close to the metro and in a quiet area. The staff was also very nice.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs to be reviewed, everything is very dirty. Also, the shower had no pressure and only really hot water.
