Food was absolutley awful,room not great,bar staff terrible and chef not good.

They were able to accommodate us when we came in at 10am; which is not a usual thing! We had just flown in from California and were exhausted; so happy we were able to get a room and go to sleep!! Also the breakfast was amazing!!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was ideally placed for transport links to Wembley. Bed was large and comfortable and the free parking was a huge benefit.
The food menu stated that there were items that could be ordered 24/7, which was fantastic for us as we were arriving back around midnight. Unfortunately, when we arrived back, we were told no food was available which was very disappointing. We did however order via uber eats, so didn't go hungry!
Also the breakfast fell short of expectations. Inedible hash browns and rock hard sausages. There were other items available, including continental and cereals, so again we didn't go hungry!
It was a shame that there were issues with the food as it was a pleasant stay apart from that.

Very comfortable king sized bed, room had a bath, and free parking. Nice bar and food offering.
No cask ale in the bar. Locality uninteresting.

The hotel itself was nice & fairly clean
No hot water, and no warning ahead despite it being the case a day or two before my trip & the hotel room door had an issue locking. Also sadly saw hotel night staff on reception being rude to guests

Quiet room, well-furnished, comfortable bed.
Bathroom is in need of redecoration with potential leaks around bathroom seals. Rather flimsy well-used shower curtain. Weak but operative flush toilet.

They had some nice Gin, and it was quiet in the pub
Breakfast: promised cooked but was not available 3/4 of the time. Wifi was extremely slow. Bed was uncomfortable, walls full of patches, carpets dirty, no telephones in the room, the toilets gets blocked

Location is great for ovo Wembley as there is a bus that can take you there nearby. The decor in the hotel is beautiful and you can tell a lot of care has gone into it. The bed was really comfy and it was a good size room for the price.
The staff were really friendly and remembered we went to a concert and asked how it went.
Overall great stay.
Strange there was no main lightbulb in the room just lots of little ones but not too much of an issue.

well located for Wembley, good value 3 star hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant/bar nice food and again reasonable value.
