We had a great time at the beach. The pool did appear to be a private pool on the listing, but was a shared pool in the community. Very nice house

We came down for a bachelorette and this house was perfect! 12 of us stayed and there was so much space it never felt cramped we loved how it was right on the bay it was the perfect location so close to the beach and everything. We would for sure come back and stay here again it was lovely.

We all loved the house. It was huge. There were 8 of us and we never felt crowded. Four bathrooms which worked out great. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. Well all felt very good there like we were at home. Three balconies. It was wonderful. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the long ride. Otherwise, excellent place to stay.

My family and I enjoyed most of our stay, however, the pictures posted make the location of the unit appear different than in real life. The driveway and parking is complicated and very tight for this unit in particular. There was a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser that had a note saying broken but this was not communicated until we arrived. We spent a long time unpacking and unparking just to have to go buy bottled water and ice. We were also not told that we would not be able to take our vehicles out of the garage for an ENTIRE DAY because the other units were having a party that blocked the whole driveway. This was a great disappointment, especially since it was on July 4th and we could not drive to enjoy fireworks altogether as a family, we could only go within walking distance which did not result in us seeing any. My family and I made the most of the little time we had but I do feel like we should’ve been compensated for the entire day we were told we could not come&go as we pleased!

Great place to stay! Perfect location as well pretty centrally located to everything. Few blocks from the boardwalk and everything was within walking distance for our group. Super clean and property manager was wonderful about communication!

great place for family and friends to stay all under 1 roof!!!

This property was perfect for a girls' trip to OCMD. We all had plenty of space and really appreciated the bed sizes. The communication with the property manager was very fast.
