The girl who works in the restaurant at night is very rude. Calling from the room to the restaurant is useless since they do not answer, however we think that isn't part of the Hotel.

Very kind staff, super location, big room.

Very thin windows to the street as well as party in the building next door, so super noisy and had to sleep with double ear protection. The extra blanket in the closet stank. Also the hallway-light and the stairlights were only on for 5 secs at a time, had to wait for elevator and walk in the stairs in the dark.

Nice staff, and nice bar/restaurant on the 8th floor, spacious room and table with two chairs, lots of closet space.

Great value on low price! It is located right next to witch market. So it was pretty easy to look around. And bed and bathroom are nice and neat.! Definately recomment this hotel.

Lack of It was so cold here in la paz even in the summer time ( i visited here on january), but there was no facility for warmth. I felt so cold while staying here.

Big spacious rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Great view of the city from the terrace restaurant on the 8th floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot water.

WiFi dropped in and out. The breakfast could have been better for the price - the juice is watered down alot, the yoghurt on the second day was also watered down and the rest is very basic which you would expect from a hostel.

There is no safe in the room and therefore we stored our belongings in our backpacks within the room. We got robbed approximately 150 $ in cash. We suspected the stuff with access to room but when confronting them they acted like they do not understand us. After that we went to Uyuni for a couple of days and stored our luggage in the hotel. We asked around 10 times if it was possible to lock our stuff in a safe place and they said they would put it in a storage rrom. However, wenn we returned, our baggage was lying openly in the hallway. The breakfast is complicated. It can be quite good and rich but on some days you only get one piece of bread and nothing else. On the days where there is absolutely nothing to eat the stuff is unable to properly react to the situation and you either wait for an hour or leave hungry.

Perfect location and great value for money! The queen rooms are large and have an amazing hot shower! The facility’s are in good condition and offer a good breakfast. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

There was a big bath (which was a surprise) but you could not use it. So not really upsetting :-)
