Worth the money spent! Very spacious room, exceeded the expectations!

Went down after 8.amNot a soul was there .Had to shout out.A chap came out switched on AC and put on loud music iFelt as if I was in a in a disco.Channa bhatura,egg curry bread was in the chaffing dish.On questioning on what else was for a vegetarian he said appam No curry for the vegetarian.will be ready in awhile.Went up and asked the gentleman at the front desk on what time breakfast would beserved and why did he not tell us before going down?. No place for a vegetarian.Previous day when we checked in after a funeral around 5 ,and asked for what we could get Nothing was available. I asked for toast and cocoa or horlicks anything which could give energy.Managed to get toast butter and jam and two cups of tea.Dinner was a disaster as even a simple thing like a dal tadka was unavailable.Finally settled for chapattis tomato fry and terribly greasy rice with vegetables which were not tender called biryaniGet basic local dishes right with more vegetarian dishesNot meant for senior citizens at all.Not user friendly .No lifts. Will not come again.

Service at restaurant ,.There was a motly group of about five adults and two kids.They ran out of coffee.Excuse ,the family took that flask.Absolutely unacceptable reason. Rude staff .Not a single covid protocol being followed by anyone though the site says Covid protocol being followedNot be stingy with tea coffee and milk sachet when a couple check in there were just two of each,in the room.

All the breakfast dishes were delicious.

Room size was good, the Pub is an advantage location is good.

The behaviour of restaurant staff was bit rude.He dont know customer service.I think he should go for some farm work.

Location very close to all main amenities.Cab facility available.

Prompt services like when asked for an iron they promptly delivered to room. Also when asked to check air conditioning for cooling they send technician immediately and issue was rectified instantly. Newspaper was delivered to room in the morning without request.

Room seemed a tiny bit congested. Fridge was switched off.

Nothing much

The room had no window, even though the picture while booking shows a well lit room. I was not given complimentary breakfast. And the price to be paid was different at check in .

Only minor comment is that the fan speed was slow. And probably windows panes were not clean. Bathroom had a bit bad scent. No other issues as such

Only the service of staff was good

Tv was not working ....nd the picture wen i booking includes bath tub fecility...thats not in the real room
