The location of this unit can't be beat. It's extremely comfortable and spacious with strong air conditioning in each room that was a refuge in the hot summer. There are a LOT of stairs so be ready for this. Also, it does have a washer and dryer which is a great benefit, but their location is a bit odd in that it's in a small room in the upper floor of the unit away from the bedrooms accessibile via an even smaller entry hallway with a stair. As a tall person, only way to access is via hands and knees crawling. That said, I would definitely stay again.

Overall, we really enjoyed staying at the Greci Terrace apartments. It was a great size for 3 couples and 3 more individuals (3 queen+ and 3 twin size beds). The space was lovely, the rooftop was beautiful, the furniture was comfortable, and the ac worked great.
Just a warning for anyone who has trouble with stairs - there are about 5 flights to reach the apartment. A few small things would have made the stay much better - decent (and ideally extra) pillows, hooks for towels, a curtain for the downstairs bathroom.

Property was clean and modern. Had plenty of room for group of 9. Check in was very easy. The property is on third floor with no elevator so bring light suitcases! Air conditioning in every room kept us very cool on the hot days in Florence. Used washer and dryer as well. Great stay would recommend.

The apartment was very nice, in a great location!!..only thing is that there is no elevator, and to get there we needed to climb stairs to the forth floor :very hard, no good for seniors, particularly with luggage. Recommend also: paper towels in the kitchen and extra towels in the bathrooms.

Everything about this place was unbelievable. It is truly a masterful renovation, great rooftop view, modern look blended into history of building. Very comfortable and modern bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Great living room area. Close to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

Overall, we had a good experience at the apartment. It was wonderfully renovated. However, we experienced two problems that took a lot of time to resolve. There were insufficient blankets in the unit as well as a broken clothes washer that we were unable to use. These issues consumed significant time which was subtracted from our family’s time together in Florence.

The place was clean, exactly how advertised very comfortable had all the combinations that we needed. Close to everything. The only downside is the number of steps going up to the apartment there is no elevator. There are a lot of steps. For young people shouldn’t be a problem. It’s may be for an older adult. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of 5 loved this property and would stay here again. Great space and lovely rooftop patio. Plus washer and dryer was a treat as most properties in Italy only have a washer. Owner communication and check in process was wonderful!

Greci Terrace was a great choice for our group. The location was within walking distance to many of the highlights in Florence and on a quiet street. We loved being able to go up on the rooftop deck (great view) and having both a washer AND dryer was awesome! The kitchen is well appointed and we took advantage of the long counter area to enjoy a couple meals (note there is no microwave or freezer though we really didn’t need either during our stay). A couple questions came up during check-in and those were promptly addressed. We all loved Florence and would love to come back here again!

Well located and close to everything. Nicely renovated and great roof terrace. Quite a few stairs so may be a challenge for the elderly. Slight misunderstanding during timings of check in process for my father who was checking in but all was resolved.

The property was just as pictured and very clean throughout. Air conditioning worked well and included a washer and dryer in the unit. Location was good for our purposes. About a 10 minute taxi ride to main train station or approximately 20 minute walk.
The property is on the top floor (3 stories) so be ready to climb so stairs as there is no elevator. It's probably a good thing after all the good food you'll be eating.

My wife and I rented 3 apartments in Florence for 25 of our family members as an inducement to encourage foreign travel. Many had never been out of the USA, so it was a successful venture. Florence happens to be our most favorite part of the world and we have probably spent a total of 3-4 months there.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Greci Terrace. Although there was a small hiccup with our check-in, it was resolved in a timely manner. The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect—close to a lot of attractions without feeling too busy. A/C in every room kept us cool for the entire trip. We had to buy paper towels and more toilet paper (and wish the apartment had wine glasses) but were happy otherwise.

The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. The location couldn't have been better. We walked nearly everywhere, but took a taxi a couple of times.
Seeing that it is an apartment, I would think there would be kitchen amenities such as - dish soap, dishwasher detergent, towels to wash and dry said dishes.
There were 4 women staying here with 2 bathrooms, we were left only 2 small rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and ran out so had to go out and buy our own. We also purchased laundry detergent as we used the laundry several times during our stay. Of course, we left that for future guests. Instructions in English would be a great asset as we didn't understand there was a water reservoir on the dryer that needed to be emptied often.
The heavy front door was continuously an issue to get open. We had help from one of the shopkeepers nearly daily to get it open. When inserting the key, it will not turn unless the heavy doors are in a certain position to match up the lock with turning the key. This was very frustrating as one of our parties had a wedding to attend and did not return to the apartment until after midnight.
Julian met us for checkin, but was in such a hurry to leave, I don't feel he went over things very well, again, this could be rectified by having written instructions in both English and Italian for the guests.
Would we rent this apartment again? Possibly if the above things have been addressed and rectified.

I have traveled to Florence many times and this apartment is one of my favorites. It has been beautifully remodeled. The apartment is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. It has a modern kitchen and a washer and dryer. The balconies have roof top views. There is not an elevator to the apartment. The staff was very responsive to quickly resolve any concerns.
We loved our stay here and hope to return again!

Great Location
The location is fantastic! You’re within walking distance to a great coffee shop and lots of dining. One thing worth mentioning is the stairs, all the way to the top! However, the place itself is very clean, there’s plenty of room for a large group. Pillows and linens were light….so don’t expect a plump pillow or a comfy comforter. The stairs helped us to walk off all the pizza and pasta we ate while we were there! This was the perfect place for our stay.

Buono per una toccata e fuga
Appartamento presentato molto bene nel servizio fotografico del sito senza purtroppo trovare riscontro nella realtà. L'appartamento risulta essere molto vissuto, in certi aspetti logoro , vedi mobilio e certamente poco pulito. Basta controllare le pale dei ventilatori appesi al soffitto o i ventilatori per il ricircolo dell'aria dei bagni per rendersene conto. Se poi ,malauguratamente vi cadesse qualcosa e foste costretti , come è capitato a me, a spostare un comodino ecco manifestarsi ai vostri occhi mesi e mesi di pulizie sommarie a voler esser generosi.
La posizione in compenso è davvero ottima! Centralissima! Da evidenziare la posizione all'ultimo piano, senza ascensore, che non e' per tutti .

Excellent Location - Large Apartment
This apartment is in an excellent location in Florence with easy walking distance from the train station and all the beautiful sites! There are 4 bedrooms which are all good size. The living room and kitchen have everything you need. We had some challenges but the host Michela was very prompt in assisting to solve. The rooftop desk was FABULOUS! Thank you for sharing your quaint apartment with us!

Great location and size but needs repairs
Larger, a little rustic, convenient place. But the roof leaked In three rooms when it rained, some heaters did not work, and some of the bathroom plumbing leaked. Property management said they will get these repaired when there is a rain break.

Absolutely Wonderful!
We are 5 women in our 60s and absolutely loved this apartment. Yes there are 62 steps but they aren't horrible and we were helped with our luggage. Edoardo was wonderful and so helpful when we were delayed getting in. Vladimir checked us in and was absolutely marvelous. The location is ideal with everything you need and all attractions steps away. Even the shop owners on our street were helpful. There is a Conad grocery store just around the corner! We all highly recommend this. Wine and snacks on the rooftop terrace while watching the starlings was enchanting. Thank you to Edoardo and Vladimir for excellent communication and being so flexible. Wonderful!

Perfect Location to enjoy Florence
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Florence. Edoardo was very responsive and quick to work with us leading up to our stay, got us settled and gave us some great places to check out. Our favorite was the Ostaria dei Centoproveri restaurant which we ended up going every day for lunch. Amazing food for reasonable prices.
The apartment is central to everything and on a quiet street.
The only struggle was getting up the stairs after a long day of walking but we survived. We were traveling with 4 adults and 3 teens and had lots of room to spread out. The rooftop area was perfect to get a overview of Florence and enjoy the evening sunsets or just get away to a quiet spot.
We would definitely recommend this gem and would stay there again!

La posizione della casa è centralissima, è spaziosa con un bellissimo terrazzo e soprattutto pulitissima. Siamo 8 amici e siamo stati molto bene.
