Soggiornare presso questa struttura è stata un'esperienza nel complesso molto piacevole. La posizione è incantevole, direttamente sulla piazza con una vista panoramica mozzafiato. La camera offriva comodità, pulizia impeccabile e servizi di qualità. Il personale si è distinto per la cortesia e l'attenzione verso gli ospiti, contribuendo positivamente alla nostra permanenza.

Devo notare che la privacy del bagno era compromessa a causa del passaggio aperto derivante dalla doccia. Inoltre, ho riscontrato alcune difficoltà con la vasca idromassaggio, in quanto l'acqua calda sembrava avere qualche problema di ricircolo dopo un certo periodo (come se avesse bisogno di ricaricarsi). Nonostante questi punti, consiglio vivamente la struttura a chi desidera godersi un po' di relax in un luogo così affascinante come Tivoli.

Stanza estremamente curata e dotata di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile e posizione centralissima. Personale molto cordiale. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La pulizia, lo stile della camera, gli accessori (oltre allo standard anche spazzolino, lametta ecc.) la comodità del letto e la posizione in Piazza. Ottima colazione inclusa presso il bar adiacente (si hanno 10€ di budget con cui si riesce a prendere una ricca colazione per due persone).

L’ingresso del palazzo purtroppo era in ristrutturazione. Il bagno è trasparente e risulta difficile avere privacy in camera.

Personale attento e disponibile. Camera pulita, perfetta e compresa di tutti i comfort. Vasca idromassaggio super! Consigliatissimo

Wir waren echt gespannt, was wir für unsere 130 Euro da bekommen. Wir bekamen eine fantastisch designte Nobelsuite. Wirklich vom Feinsten. Mit Whirlpool - den wir nicht benutzten. Und ja: die Dusche hat eine Glasscheibe. Irgendwie hatte das Ganze fast den Charakter einer 5 Sterne Love-Suite :-) Minibar war im Preis inkludiert und wurde jeden Tag - wir waren drei Nächte - frisch aufgefüllt. Dazu gab es Kaffee, Tee, Chips, Kekse. Fein. Die Lage ist super - 200m von der Villa d'Este, allerdings sehr laut. Liegt direkt an der wichtigsten Verkehrsader von Tivoli. Die Fenster sind aber sensationell schallisolierend. Klima-Anlage funktioniert auch. Das Appartement ist auf dem neuesten technischen Stand, was leider bei uns zu einigen Problemen führte. Die wurden aber umgehend behoben. Die gute Seele des Hauses ist ein junger Mann namens Gabriele. Leider ist er des Englischen nicht mächtig, doch mit Translator und seinem Lösungswillen kamen wir auch bei dem Problem mit der Elektrik schließlich gut zu Recht. Parken: ca. 200 Meter vom Quartier ist der Parcheggio Piazza Matteotti. Unter Tags 1 Euro/Stunde. Für die Nacht 4 Euro. Ist eine gute Lösung. Es empfiehlt sich, gleich in den Parcheggio zu fahren und die 200m zu Fuß zum Quartier zu gehen.

Das Frühstück war ein bissl stressig. Die Lösung ist an und für sich fein: im gleichen Haus ist das Glam, ein In-Lokal. Hat auch sehr gute Pinsen (römische Alternative zur Pizza). Und echt gutes Eis. Nur ... es wurde nicht ganz klar kommuniziert, was wir nun eigentlich frühstücken konnten. So wurde jeden Tag dann von einer eher unfreundlichen Chefin des Glam kontrolliert, ob wir eh nicht zu viel bestellt hatten. Wir nahmen eh immer nur ein Cornetto und Kaffee bzw. Tee. Aber diese Pfennigfuchserei in einem nicht gerade freundlichen, wenn auch qualitativ entsprechenden Lokal hat irgendwie gar nicht zur sonstigen Großzügigkeit des Appartements gepasst. Aber wurscht: eine klare Empfehlung. Wirklich schön.

Lovely accommodation, mini bar was a nice addition. The location was great for the villas. Also was near a great spot to watch the sunset.

No breakfast included; excellent location a short walk from the main attraction, the Villa D'Este. Also a shorter walk to the best restaurant for dinner that we found in three weeks touring Italy. Sorry I cannot recall the name but it was one of those recommended by the host of this property. Great food and better service than anyplace else we experienced. Had we two nights in Tivoli we would have returned there for a second great meal. No, wait, I found it, "Ristorante L'Angolino D Tivoli" check it out!

We arrived to find an old building on a street overlooking an outdoor pizza garden. Nothing but a small brass sign at the door with some buttons to push and what appeared to be an intercom of some sort identifying the building as containing Domus De CInti inside. After two or three minutes of pushing the buttons to be let in a very young man who spoke very little English arrived, from the outside and was our "host". He let me in, took me upstairs in this old building and we entered a very modern pair of room, mine complete with a "hot tub" which, this summer, was an unnecessary luxury. The room (we had two) were modern and well equipped, however in my room the location of some of the furniture was questionable as one could not see the wall mounted TV from one of the chairs put opposite for viewing. All in all, very comfortable and convenient to the main sights and restaurants. We had a car and had to park on the street, but once the "host" explained to me how the parking meters work so I could leave the car for 12 hours, all was well. The locking system for the doors (two locks for each) was a bit over complicated but I got the hang of it. A good property, although the rooms, while nice and modern are a bit cramped for space.

As far as dinner, it was difficult to find a place to eat because we arrived on a Monday and many restaurants were closed on Mondays. I would have planned differently if I had known.

Don’t be put off by entrance hall to building. When you go into the Domus reception, it is unbelievably well designed. Massive two person lie down jacuzzi bath was a big surprise.

Rooms located in an apartment building, once inside Domus de Cinti you could tell me expenses spared. All modern conveniences and close to the centre of town. Our host was more than happy to help us with any questions or advice.

Very centrally situated in a building that is being restored. Warm welcome. Big, comfortable room, recently updated to a very high standard. Lots of attention to detail. Large, comfortable bed. Lots of complimentary goodies, eg full minbar, basket of biscuits and cookies, real Nespresso machine.

Building entrance is a bit worn out

Warm welcome by very pleasant host. The room was modern, very clean, with lovely fluffy dressing gowns/towels supplied. Toiletries, coffee machine, kettle and lots of snacks also provided. Room was at a comfortable temperature and although in a busy part of town, very quiet.

OK! a glass walled bathroom area is fine but......!.Neither of us really warmed to being seen on the loo! Part of the deal was a full 'English' breakfast provided by the nice cafe downstairs. Unfortunately it was not an 'English' . Scrambled eggs, cheese & a couple of slices of salami with bread. So perhaps a change of wording is needed there!

The location is fantastic - right in the center and easy to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping as well as historic sight seeing

Although the rooms are modern, clean, and decorated to a very high standard, we were not fans of the open bathrooms which don’t offer enough privacy. Blocking the view into the shower and toilet area would be awesome! There is an “English breakfast option” which was unfortunately not very English at all, but the bar downstairs has wonderful food and drinks.

Very nice room! High end finishings, good size for two of us, spotless when we arrived, good amenities overall. Our hosts were extremely flexible, we got lost and arrived late and they still waited for us to arrive, and had everything ready. Nice simple breakfast included at the cafe next door as well.

Everything was great. The only thing was the toilet had no privacy because there is glass everywhere, and no actual door to fully close when you're in there (you cannot close off the toilet area from the shower, and the shower is open to the main area). Also the shower design allowed a lot of shower water to run out of the shower into the area by the bathtub, and the bathtub drain got stuck as well (this was dealt with by the host without a problem).
