The staff are so lovely, the rooms are adorable and it's in a really good location. This is my second stay there and I will 100% stay again.

I arrived an hour after the scheduled time to find the room I booked was not finished being prepared yet, but they gave me a complimentary upgrade so I got to enjoy their largest room in the second floor. The room was great, clean, tidy, and look exactly as advertised. The balcony was huge and overlooked a paddy field behind the hotel. Despite being surrounded by bars, the noise didn't reach my room and I was able to sleep comfortably. Food and coffee in the restaurant was so so, but it's a walking distance to popular cafes and bars around Batubelig area so it's not an issue.

The only thing we liked was the mattress and pillows which were very comfy.

No one around when we checked in. When finally the staff appeared and told us they didn't receive our reservation and room was not ready. After some explanation, we got the room we booked. We had to wait almost 1 hour before our room was ready and we were so tired by then. The place was unkempt, and cobwebs on the ceiling. The pool was not clean. The lobby was dusty, obviously they were not expecting any guest. Very dilapidated. We're glad we booked for 1 night only.

Great service by the team and love the charm of this boutique hotel very much! Location is awesome as it is possibly to walk to the beach under 30mins. Great restaurant around too!

Bed can be better

A very beautiful hotel- rooms were clean & comfortable and not noisy. Great value for money. Would defo recommend to young couple travellers and for friends. Would defo come back :-)
