Well located near 101 bus service. Rooms were comfortable and it was good to have the use of washing machine. Great view of the sea and the city from 16th floor. It was good to have Netflix.

One lift was broken. Clothes hanger in room was broken. Room was not as attractive as in pictures for example chairs were old and almost broken. No clothes hanger in the bathroom. Checking out was a real challenge as everybody was checking out at the same time and everyone was trying to use the same lift. It was like being in a French comedy with the lift opening at every floor but no one could get on!

It’s near to city

This is just a feedback, not complain but I noticed 1. There are ants in your unit 2. The toilet is leaking, so the toilet floor is always wet 3. The switches are broken It’s just small things but I’m okay with it You might want to consider fixing it so other travelers won’t complain about your unit I hope this helps Thank you, your unit was lovely :)

Everything is good for a 5 pax of adult.

Dining chairs was weary..may improve in that..bcoz that pieces stick to our clothes.

The unit was surprisingly clean. The beds were comfy, soaps smelled refreshingly nice, did not feel sticky or drying the skin. Linens smelled great. Balcony floor was clean adding up the enjoyment of the sea view during sunrise and late night chill after long day of sightseeing. The room temperature is just nice not too hot, not too cold. I'm not sure was it because well air flow in the unit or the fan and air-conditioning working great at cooling down the room efficiently. The host even prepare some snacks and Penang Coffee sachet. The unit is somehow properly maintained despite it's a bit aged. Hallway to the unit was spacious.

The towels were not really water absorbent. Bathroom mirror too small and too high for my small size friend. It'd be great if the host can provide maybe 2 bottles of drinking or mineral water.

Very Worth for price, Quite clean, location is convenient and two king-sized beds placed in the hall is nice for staying with family & friends.

Staff does not know english at all. Very hard to communicate. It would be good if there is atleast two restrooms. It would be challenging in the morning to use single restroom for all the family members. Apart from that, all fine . Good to recommend.

Ive never comment on any of my stay before, this the first time. Tight parking, hard maneuver for pickup driver, ok if you drive axia. Big 👎 for long stay like. No kitchen/hand tissue provided. Ceiling fan can't be regulate slow. Host wont respond to help after you checkout..

location, easy to check in and check out even the security was helpful, there's a mini-mart and Starbucks, a nice view, easy to get a grab car (except in the early morning). the nicest thing is the pillow provided, I never in my life had a pillow that suited my preference even when I stay in hotels. toilet was huge and shower area also big.

the parking area was small hardly to maneuver mostly for mpv, there is a problem with the mechanical vent in the toilet, no enclosed area to change (only in the toilet), shower area should have a divider because when you take a shower the water splash all over mostly on the wash basin

That was a great stay with my family in this suite and such a great service from owner. First of all if the owner or the property agent will send you details about check in and check out guidelines. If they didn't text you do WhatsApp them and booking app will provide the person of in charge number. It's really easy to check in and out not really hard and previous guests may mention regarding the parking facilities. The parking not narrow at all it's quite good enough for big car but they provide 1 car park only. Slowly drive your car to carpark so you won't be have any damages. They provide washing machine and dryer places also detergent too but we just bought it advance. The homestay really clean and wonderful with all the facilities as they mentioned. You may check in earlier but inform the owner first and also can check out late if you needed but there will little charge not so expensive. They location really at center for most of tourist spot but foods near by a bit expensive. Thanks to owner for provide us such a relax stay
