Location could not have been better! Great communication with Sira. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning was great! Nice clean property. Loved the back patio area. Was missing some amenities...extra towels, extra trash bags, not good quality soap or shampoo. Nice bedrooms, small bathrooms. Hot water was out for 36 hours before anyone came. Overall we'd pick this property again.

We have been renting properties for 15 years and this is my first bad review. We, a family of six planned a 5-night stay. Checking in was strange because I had to call one number and then they told me that someone else would be meeting us at the apartment. The gentleman who welcomed us knew very little about the apartment and just collected the city tax from us in cash. On new year's day around 10am, we noticed that there was no water. I reached out to the property manager several times but she never returned my calls. She didn't seem interested in helping until I persisted. When she realized the problem, she texted me several times stating that the water would be turned on in the morning then afternoon,etc but it never did. We finally booked three hotel rooms and moved out because it was over 24 hours without water. I told the property manager that we would leave and request a refund if the water didn't come on by a certain time and that I would request a refund for 4 of the 5 nights. It didn't, so we checked into a hotel. When I requested a refund, the property manager kept insisting on me sending her my bank IBAN (routing information). I paid with a credit card so I requested a refund on that same card. She refused and kept insisting on an IBAN number. Then I got scared and wondered if it was a scam? I called HOMEAWAY and they attempted to call the manager on three different numbers on file but no person answered. After my hour long call with headquarters, the manager texted me stating that she could pay me via PayPal. I was relieved but she only refunded me about 50% of the total. I am still waiting for the remaining refund.

The apartment was perfect size for our family with three grown kids. Very clean and had everything we could have needed. It was an easy walk to attractions and the beach and good restaurants and coffee were just minutes walk. Would stay here again! Thanks Karen and team!

Valerie was very friendly and helpful! The location was excellent! The beds were very comfortable! The only thing which would have been more helpful were the basics, more plastic bags, soap products for dishes and washing machine! Also bottled water and Other drink options like equally priced homes provide! For the price of property felt basics were lacking!

Just the job! It would be difficult to find a more convenient location. The property is just as described - with the exception that Valerie (the on location host) is a complete gem! She’s polite, knowledgable, is highly responsive, and shares her great top tips!

Had a great stay. It was an amazing location, walking distance from Placa Catalunya. The communication with the host was very fast and there was no problem adding a last minute extra person. Also we misinterpreted the check out time for the check in time, sorry for that! But luckily we got some extra time from the host to collect our things and be on our way. Thank you, we had an amazing stay!

The apartment is conveniently located and big enough to accomadate a large group. Check-in staff was great helped us check in our bags and made sure the apartment had everything we needed and explained everything thoroughly. Very conveniently located and enough space for everyone. I’d stay here again if ever in Barcelona due to its great location and walking distance to everything.

An excellent apartment in a very convenient location. Was very good for our group of 6 adults. Several eating options nearby and handy transit. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.
