The room was overall clean and we had everything we needed. The only main issue was that some of the bathroom sink drains were full of black mold and every time we used them it would wash up into the basins. It was very gross. You could tell they needed a good deep clean.

The condo was great. We were there for a week. Kids played putt golf every night. Swam while movies played on big screen at pool. Billiards and ping pong were also among the things we did. The condo was clean and spacious. We would stay here again.

We were down for a dance competition with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of places to eat close by and a Walmart close by.

Never had any communication w/ the property manager. Location of the resort was good, however, the suite was on the main road which was not appealing. It would have been nice to know if this could happen or confirm which side of the highway we would be on, etc before reserving.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient prior to the stay, check-in was smooth, the room was clean and well-maintained, in addition to being spacious and full of amenities to make our time there comfortable and enjoyable. It is conveniently located near lots of dining, shopping, and tourist destinations in the Pigeon Forge area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Very clean and close to everything

Our family and I absolutely loved our stay. Very clean and neat! Close to everything and easy to go for drives to see all the beautiful Christmas lights. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great experience.

The condo was so beautiful and very spacious!! The view was fantastic. The employees were great when we needed help with one of the restrooms. We cooked our thanksgiving meal in the nice kitchen and the beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you!

Everything went well, had 1 issue with the air conditioning but as soon as I reported it wasn’t working within 15 minutes someone was there to fix it. Nice people to deal with and a very nice resort...

We enjoyed our stay. Property was great! The only thing I would recommend is more bath towels and wash clothes in the unit. And the dryer took a long time to dry our clothes.

Amazing

Really loved the suite that we stayed in, rooms were clean and the looked really nice. Check-in was fast and had a courteous staff. Check out was really nice, just needed to text and let them know when we left, did not need to go to front desk. We didn't use the pools however we did play mini golf and had a good time. Would definitely stay here again. Also price was really good.

We loved this property and it was close to a lot of fun things for my family. The booking/communicating process was a little rough. Make sure you check your reservation for errors and get ready to reach out to the property manager a lot and not hear back. Other than that once it got squared away it was amazing. The property was so nice! The pools and putt putt course were fine. Great place for kids!

Check in process took 50 minutes while family waited in the vehicle. Clerk didn't acknowledge that I arrived and stayed in vehicle at awning of entrance. Finally got out and approached and stated I was here to check in, she said to pull through, I was like no I'm 2 spaces from you at the front door, she gave me a buzzer and I went back to my car. Finally inside I waited 30 minutes while the clerk argued with a customer in front of me. Finally another clerk noticed she had checked in 3 people while I had waited and she took care of me in less than 5 minutes. Whole check in process was 50 minutes. The car ride was only 3.5 hours. Try having (2) 13 year old boys in a car for 50 minutes. Anyway that was the only bad process. Jacuzzi was smaller than pictured and only allowed 2 people in at a time for this huge property. Indoor pool was closed along with game room and exercise area. Room was clean and beds were awesome.
