There was a power outage in their 220 line. Meaning they had electricity but couldn’t power their AC units. I know this wasn’t their fault. But I wish I was notified prior to check in that this was a problem so I could’ve tried to find another place. You can’t sleep in a room that’s 90+ degrees. There was no windows that opened and no lighting for security outside due to the problem. I literally went out to my car & tried to sleep cause it was cooler. I had the windows halfway down for a breeze & had 2 different people walk up to my car wake me up trying to bum a cigarette at 2-3 am cause they saw me asleep in the car. I came back into the furnace of a room after that. I was supposed to be on the road early but I was exhausted from no sleep. Left and parked in a parking lot to catch a couple hours of sleep before I hit the road for a long day of driving. Most miserable stay of my life. No refund only an apology.

It is the most horrible place to stay in the history of ever. I was not there at check out time because I was adding money to my card to pay for the room that day and because I booked later and accidentally scheduled for the next day and not that day online they would not switch it and made me sleep outside in the cold on their pavement and made me pay them the total of the room for the night I slept on their pavement all because my belongings was in the room. Roaches to galore and 3rd floor looks like it is tilting to the point of unsafe, bad drug area and the owners are heartless and don't even accommodate any needs of yours at all. Not even when finding roaches in your room. Filthy to the point of u won't lay down without cleaning the entire room before laying your head down. An inspector needs to pay every room some mind and bulldoze that nasty place

Absolutely awful. The staff, the property and the area. Do not stay here. I didn’t! After seeing my room I immediately checked out. Locks were broken, room was old and stained.

The staff was horrid and the man that runs the place is just the most cruel an ratched of them all, heartless even. Was made to sleep outside and in their corridor because I was not there at checkout time so they kept my belongings all day all night and then charged me for the room that day when I didn't even stay in it the first night I stayed there okay had no sense because I stayed up till 6:00 a.m. cleaning the room because it was so gross I could not lay my head down or walk with my shoes off and I have pictures there is roaches and I called the front desk to tell them that I'd seen two of them in my room and they said oh we know we'll take care of you at check out and definitely did not and because we accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room charged me an extra $17 just to be able to get in my room after it's already been booked through hotels.com it is literally the worst hotel experience of my life there is no buses it is filthy gross there's nothing around besides a waffle House it's 30 minutes one way walking and even then at the end of that walk you're not even going anywhere special 1000% do not recommend and they probably even need an inspector to come and look at their property things that I'm on the third floor and the concrete wall looks like it's just going to fall to the parking lot completely unsafe unsanitary and should be condemned if you ask me my circumstances just unfortunately left me at this hotel. It won't let me uploaphotos

When I arrived my non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The staff quickly addressed this, which was helpful and met my expectations. However, the next morning I saw a cockroach crawling near my clothes I had placed on a chair. I did not want the hassle of moving rooms again, and in my experience, cockroaches are not limited to one room. I saw another one my second night. I'm highly unlikely to go back.

We used the hotel to get some sleep as we got off a red eye In a new city. The room and cleanliness was okay for the price. But the staff was rude and annoying. They started doing maintenance work with hammers and drilling machines on the room above ours at 830 am and it took a strong conversation to shut it down.

The mini-fridge wasn’t working as I was expecting it since I preferred a Superior room

It was nice except for the freezer was so full of ice the door wouldn't close or keep my food cold. I had to throw away the pizza I took with me

Not bad for an economy motel

Room was filthy: floor, sheets, countertops, bath. Facility was in disrepair: door handles and faucets loose, toilet lid ajar, wall and trim paint, you could see outside through holes in door jam. Red Roof was a general go to in my travels...no longer. None of these poor unacceptable conditions were mentioned in previous reviews.

Overall this property was average. The room was mostly clean, you could tell they do a general cleaning job. Behind the door in the bathroom was dirty, but overall it was fine. It's a good place to stay for just sleeping after a game which is what we did. The staff was friendly, coffee was offered in the morning, checking in and out was easy. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Dirty and smelly

Smoke smell in the room. Moldy shower curtain and grout.

I've stayed at camp grounds that were cleaner than this place! Dirty, spotty linens, dirty, spotty towels, trash on the floor, holes in the walls and a red trail of spots on the floor, TV leading to the sink, and a spider in the shower. This is definitely not worth $150 a night. will never come again. I won't even mention the outside of the hotel. I have fotos but system is not letting me upload.

Honestly- perfectly fine hotel. I had read some recent negative reviews and was a little worried. But, everything was perfectly fine and at a great price.

Towels were stained. Bed sheets had burn holes from cigarettes in them. Just not a nice place to stay.

Inside room other than windows and curtains seem to be clean. Was hard to look past the filthy windows.

Was terrible. Found either a bedbug or cockroach and the check in lady just brushed it off and couldn’t do anything about it.

People drinking outside. Alot of noise

These rooms are not being cleaned. I was hair and urine stains when i lifted the toilet seat. Along with hair in the bed. The linen was old and torn with stains. To be fair, the towels seemed to had been washed. However, they were old and torn.

Unbelievable. Can a hotel get this pathetic in the US? Bedding had holes from cigarettes. Asked for a new bedding and I had to pick it up from the front desk bc they said no housekeeping is available. I opened it and it had even bigger holes from cigarette burns. Why do they not throw away beddings with holes?!?! And everything was so old and beaten down. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Never coming back to Red Roof Inn.

It was quiet and the bed was pretty comfortable. I just wish it had more pillows to sleep on.

The property needs to shut down immediately The condition of the room was horrible bugs flying around the room sheets were nasty had blood stains on them. The bathroom was dirty you could see the dirt all around the tub and floors. I requested a refund but was told no. I’m going to keep trying to get my money back they should be ashame

Felt unsafe. Almost went home.

Some of the sheets had stains, TV wasn’t working well, but the attendant came right away to fix it. Parking was a little tight as the put everyone all on one side of the building

It was about what I expected for the price of the room for overnight stay. Not kids friendly.
