This is the worst hotel I have ever been in and I have had some bad ones but this is the worst nothing like the picture. There were roaches spiders and bedbug and brown stains on our sheets. The tub was brown the walls were full of dirty the phone and other cords had deep dirt on the this was filthy!!!! Didn’t get a chance to go to take pictures because I instantly left. They didn’t want to refund me back so hotels.com couldn’t do it so I just lose out sad AND THERE IS NO BREAKFAST HERE THAT IS A LIE AS WELL. Nothing like the pictures or advertisements.

I reserved tvis room because it said that their was a pool and breakfast. Most of the time I am traveling with kids. The pool is good after along day in the car and breakfast is good to get fueled for the day. On the app it saysthere were both. When we got there the pool was empty and lookedthat way for awhile. And the front desk clerk saidthere was no breakfast. There were more long term rooms then there were regular rooms. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Book for a one night stay. Check-in went normal. The guy who checked me in stated the pool closes at 9 pm. I was excited to hear that because it's been hot as heck. Drove to the building where my room was (#217). Grabbed our bags and headed up the stairs. Smelt like spoiled liquor (if there's such a a smell) and it definitely wasn't clean. Trash left and right. Don't grab a hold of the hand rails unless you like the feel of spiderwebs. Yuck! Unlocked the room and walked in. Musty smell. Thankfully I always pack a fresh can of Febreze and scented candle. Immediately turned the AC on high as low as it would go (60°). Then sprayed the room HEAVILY with the Febreze and lit the candle . Opened the mini fridge to put some take out food bought at Shoneys, and it contained old food left behind. Oh well, just put it in the microwave to hold, but it was nasty inside as well. Went to the bathroom. Actually surprised it was decently clean. Flush the toilet. If you need to reflush, you had to wait 6-8 minutes for the take to refill. Turned on the TV...no connection. Had to call the front desk. Was informed maintainance would be there in 30 minutes. An hour later he came. Fought with it and finally got it going. Went to the pool to relax. #LMAO Wrong again. The water was a sickly looking green. Went to watch a movie, got back. Room finally cooled enough to stay. Got a halfway decent nap and couldn't wait to check out. Right outside the office someone selling drugs. Total disaster!

This was the worst hotel stay ever if I could of found another unbooked hotel I would have. The rooms are terrible, burn wholes in bed spread and chair. Non smoking rooms that reaked of smoke and beds that were not queen as advertised. No free breakfast as advertised!

Didn't look nothing like the photos, microwave was burnt up and I went to breakfast and they cleaned and threw my stuff away before checkout

Mold in the rooms and bugs was in the bed and staff was unprofessional and rude

It appeared that there were many weekly renters. People hanging around outside. Small thin towels and very cheap soap and shampoo. The room was clean but very cheap amenities. No breakfast or coffee. No internet. Desk clerk had some show on his laptop with a man shouting the f bomb. Not impressed.

Questionable people hanging around outside all night. Dirty room with a rusty refrigerator that does not work. TV did not work and was just leaning against the wall. This was a replacement room because the other 2 we were put in beforehand were even worse.

Very unsatisfactory, unsanitary, mold and not safe ect.... person at front counter said it would be refunded to our credit card. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED AS OF YET.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been at. The rooms were not the pictures that we were shown. The pool was so dirty you couldn't see down it. It was just horrendous. The sink had a huge hole in it. The drawers on the dresser were falling off. It advertised free breakfast. There was nothing at all and we were there at 7:30 in the morning.

This Howard Johnson was the worst. bed bugs- I had bites the next morning Filthy, smelled like pot. Dirty outside and very sketchy people loitering outside I would NEVER Stay here again and now won’t ever use a Howard Johnson either. A waste of money and unsafe

Roach infested!!! Stay away!! Worst hotel ever that I been too. Needs to be shut down immediately

The room we were given IS OLD, OUTDATED GRIMEY AND NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN. I asked for a different room and was told he had none. We went to eat, came back and i really could not stay there. FlOors need sweeping and mopping. Bugs in bed and ac leaking. Blanket had holes in it and hair on bed. Checked in at 430pm and out by 830 pm after we came back from dinner.. no we did not stay. Took that 3 hours there and 3 hrs back home. I want a refund asap. Thank u. P. THAMES

My husband and I got the room for the weekend for my birthday just to get some quiet from kids and relax in the jetted tub. We knew that the hotel was not a 5 star as we have stayed there before and we know the area. The people staying around us were acting very sketchy like they were on something and there was a lot traffic coming and going all hours of the night. There was constant movement of furniture all hours of the night and bumping around. So much for just a quiet time away from home....

It was just truly amazing that the room that we stayed in was extremely dirty! I don’t mind staying in an expensive hotels I would rather do that, but the room we stayed in was extremely filthy, and that really makes no sense for that room not to have been cleaned!

The room was quite clean for the price but very rundown with patched holes in the wall that were not smoothed off and not painted. The front desk clerk scared me he was so creepy acting.

They gave us a room with a broken window and was supposed to be “non-smoking” and smelt like someone chain smoked 3 cartons of cigarettes before we got there. If i could have given them a 0 i would.

We booked a queen room which was clean and comfortable but very small with no sofa or table. Staff offered to change second day stay to a room with a sofa and table.

No stopper for the jacuzzi tub. The refrigerator would not stay cold due to door not closing. Called several times about getting something done about it. Never got anything done the two days i was there. Had a toilet paper wrapper over one of the lights in the room. The smoke detector was just hanging off the wall. The staff were friendly for the most part. Wouldn't say i would pay the same amount for the room again. The pictures on the booking site is way different from the actual look of the room. Wasn't even the same jacuzzi tub at all. The tile around the heart shaped jacuzzi tub was busted up. Not neat/nice looking could be made more appealing. False advertisement.

The lady at the desk was so nice to me and made sure I got the service I required!

I would recommend this place to budget conciense people. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was squeaky clean. Bed was average. No coffee maker in the room but free coffee in lobby. A little dated from the outside but no complaints for the money.

Got a single non smoking room, walked in and it smelled like a cigarette. Pictures are deceiving, the bed was very thin and uncomfortable. No complimentary breakfast like expedia said, only very bad coffee. Tje staf was very polite though.

No breakfast like advertised on the web, coffee only, ran out of creamer and took 5 days to get more . First room was trash, TV didn't work, and toilet was loose from the floor, door wouldn't close tight enough to lock it, asked for another room and after 5 hours was given one, which was much better

I checked in went to get my nails done and booked a different hotel and when done checked right out. The room had bare floors no carpet, the appliances and furniture were dated from the early 80's and dirty has hell. The hotel and room reminded me of a "trap house" If you dont know what that is its a generally a place you go to sell, buy or do drugs or you take a $20 hooker too

By far one of the worst stays I have stayed at. The room was filthy, smelled of mold and cigarette smoke even though I was told it was a non smoking room as I requested. The bedding had stains on it and hair allover. I reserved it for two nights while I was in town visiting family could not stay the second night. I would not have stayed the one night if I hadn’t been completely exhausted from the trip.
